Indepay profile is to work 6 months in a year , since last 2 years, company works for 6 months in a year, In present year 2010 till July, all the services of indepay are closed. Railways refund is also pending since last year, Indepay services is very poor. In two year company change lot of his no like customer care no, and now customer care no is also not toll free, lot of complaint in services, all the illiterate people working with indepay from top to bottom, All the services of indepay is nil Top up:- Non availability of all companies of top up, No idea, Aircel, top up in Airtel only 5 coupons is available , In top up amount deduct from merchant id but recharge not success, about 75% recharge not success, IRCTC:- Most costly ticket from any other subscriber, in normal e- ticket company deduct 1.8 Per cent PG Charge and then Indepay charges, approx 40-50 Rs company extra charge for a normal e- ticket by company. Take lot of time to refund cancellation amount minimum one week maximum 2 years. Most of time company balance is in minus and we can able to book tickets, always company server down Bill Payment: - Off line Bill payment, Very poor bill payments you pay bill today and after one week bill payed. Flight ticket:- Not a single ticket booked from my side, I tried several time error -1 I asked customer care abouth this error they said technical fault when I asked another executive then I know about that company does not have sufficient amount in their account , so he has blocked this services, customer care provide me the contact no of Flight provider some thing like Travels Botoque they said indepay company is fraud, they also not provided the money to Travel Botoque .for booking the flight ticket. So they withdrawn their services from company. Bus Ticketing:- Only availability of buses for south India only useless for all customers.
