I have asked to that lady that i required the booking on the date of 14 April 2012.So she has commited that they will booked the hotel accordingly. then she has also forwarded the call to Mr Shrikant(+917503341441) and he has also committed the same thing which Ms Diya has commited.After this confrimation me &amp; my couleges have booked the packages on the date of 29 Mar 2012.  1. 1017056863--- Vishal Parmar  2. 1017059016--- Rahul Ittan 3. 1017059908--- Vishal Singala 4. 1017060930--- Satish Bhatt 5. 1017066339--- Mahesh Parmar  1. Once we have booked the packages i have received the verification call where the lady named Ms Anita(+911202479900) was confirming the details where i came to know that whatever i have got the information from Mr Srikant &amp; Ms Diya was totally false.So for the same reason i have not completed the verification &amp; Ms anita said if you are not agree with the terms we will cancel the packages &amp; will refund all money to your respective account.so i was agree to cancel the packages on the same time so she has given me contact no:-01206182100.Where i was following up for the cancellation on the said no nobody is giving proper answer for the same &amp; now even no body is replying(Ms Diya , Mr Srikant , Ms Dipadita from Bookmyholidays.in,).I need my money back in any circumstances as they have given false commitment &amp; for extreme bad services.  Regards,  Vishal Parmar  9904101017 </description>

                 <description>i am the foolest FOOl who just doesnt have any brain at all........wo kahte hain na.....Clever touch shit once but FOOL just keep touching it in the belief that he is not fool.............  This is the story of 20.10.2011 to 21.10.2011............at DELHI......  I am Doctor by profession..........as every young person i am fun loving......  I was post Emergency night off, read an advertisement in HINDUSTAN(Hindi paper) on 20.10.2011 at 11 am....There were many such adds on one page.....about frndship with girls &amp; boys......  May be my mind was not optimum at that time...i phoned one called Jaipur golden service: 9990421884....a female voice picked up the phone....enquire about me &amp; told me that this club is for all those male female who are depressed, unsatisfied...and they arrange meeting between such member...  To qualify for this service you will have to become member of this club...Joing fee is rs. 3500 which you will have to deposit in bank &amp; as soon as you deposit the money we will arrange meeting within half an hr.... I told ok than she asked how will you deposit the money i told online transfer...than she said that she will message account detail.... i said ok...i immediately received the message..BHANU SHARMA ICIC0000197 a/c no. 019705004733....  In excitement, i transferred rs. 3500/- from my bank of baroda internet banking....and i informed them...after one hour of this at 1.45 pm after they confirmed receiving rs. 3500...she told me thatyou will get a message.....  i waited &amp; waited...AND called many times to them...they didnt received my call.....I was feeling that i got cheated.....than i received a message from same no. of jaipur golden service....the message was..."9211891994 VEREN SAR".....I again got excited and phoned to VEREN SAR..........a male received the call...after my introduction he told me that ...i will message you which will contain name of women, phone no. &amp; password. you will have to call the no. &amp; say your password than the madam will send a car to pick you, but you will have to deposit a certain amount of money as security deposit in the account given by the madam.. she will tell you a/c no. &amp; amount to be deposited....this will be only for security which the madam will return you at her residence....I argued but he keep telling me that this is the way to be safe...&amp; i have no option.....  i thgought for sometime &amp; say yes....  after around 5 min i received a message containing...."sheetal sharma password 01133".  I became excited &amp; called sheetal............After receiving my call &amp; my intro she asked password...after that she told me that i will be coming to pick you...i will be in red colored HONDA CITY, no..DL5CF 7151.....But you will have to deposit rs 10000 as security money which she will return in her home...I was knowing this as VEREN has already told me the procedure...so in excitement i agreed...she told me that she will send me a/c no. of ING bank of his brother when after reaching nearest ING bank i will call her ....i said ok..  after reaching ING bank, i called her than she after few mins i got this message..."Vikas kumar ing bank 674010022549"...I immediately deposited the money&amp; informed her...she told me that she will check and than inform me...i said ok....i didnt receive a call for 10 min...I again called her..she said that she has received money...she will come within 10 min...just wait there...i said ok..happily....  she didnt turn up for 20 min...i called her many times i next 40 min...but she didnt picked my phone...  than i called VEREN......he told me that sir actually the membership fee is Rs. 25000/-..you have given only 13500...you will have to give 11500 more..than i confronted him..but he also become rough in talking...&amp; told me that this is the way if you can deposit money than only meeting can happen...&amp; he disconnected...i again called him but he kept repeating the same....it was 5 pm than...i had no money with me at that time....i returned home very sadly........  I returned home cheated..........thought ...many things crossed my mind....i finally concluded that i cant do any thing...i lost 13500....&amp; slept sadly...  Next morning i woke up sadly...went hospital....after finishing my work, i again called VEREN at 11.30 am....He again said me this....told me that he has 32,000 members...this is the way of filtering to keep notorious person away....he convinced me...  i caleed him many times to satisfy myself &amp; ask various things...final outcome was i again became ready to pay 11,500......I asked him BOB a/c no. so that i can transfer instantaneously...  he message me same.."Mohan sharma 21240100010650 BOB rampura branch.....  I transferred rs. 11500 to same account...  I than informed VEREN the same....he told me that now my membership is complete..he asked me when i am free...i told that after 2 pm i am free.......he told me that he will message me after confirming..  after around 1 hr he message me.."Poonam verma 9953826929'.....i became happy...  I called Poonam she asked me password..i had none...i again called VEREN..he told me that old one 01133 is valid..  i again called poonam &amp; after hearing my password she told me that i will send a car to pick you ...but you will have to deposit rs 10000 as security deposit...i got SHOCKED....i couldn't believe...I again called veren...he told me he will talk to poonam...after few mins he told me that sir this is security money...you will have to deposit it...you will get it back at madam's palce...i become speechless...i argued...he told me i have no option...after that i said i have comlied with u..but now i have no money..what should i do..he told me sir take from ur frnd..its matter of 2 hr..you will get it...  now i was shocked..told him that i cant give...than he told me that he will return...but give me the a/c no. of same name by which you called.......no one say real name for this ...i was almost dead...i requested him that my real name is something else &amp; i am sending detail of that.....after 5-6 call &amp; request he agreed &amp; he told me that he will return my money by evening...  I messaged hi my real name. a/c no...taking risk...  He than stopped receiving my call....  in 24 hr..i lost rs 25000...........i dont know what to do.......... This was simple foolishness &amp; madness.......  I know i was spending money for adulterated things.......so i might deserved this fate...24 hr of deviation cost me dear......  I guess i cant take my money back.....to get cheated for the cause was itself not of good morality...  and to catch these THUGS ( CHEATERS) will require a CBI type of effort which is not possible practically....  in retrospect i was going for wrong things so i got cheated..........  I will request readers to spread this as much as they can so that no other person get cheated....&amp; if they can be punished will be of grt things so they cant cheat others...  I got cheated because i was going for wrong things &amp; i got mu punishment in the form of RS. 25000/-....If they also can be punished will be gd...  i warn every youth not to go for these type of adds &amp; things..........  i will be happy to co-operate if someone can do something about these chearters...  To lodge a police complain in this society , in this system for this thing is really embarrassing.........  may god help me from doing these things.......  my email id is drsameer.love@gmail.com...do mail me if you want any other information about this incident..</description>

                 <description>I was contacted by Country Club [India] Limited telephonically and thorugh email. Based on my telephonic discussion with their representative, Mr. Vinay Sharma, DME [cell no. 9953895617 from Hauz Khas Division, New Delhi] visited my office several times and offered and promised following:  1. 10 yrs holiday package for 7 members with promise of 7 days holiday per year to any of their resort all over the world [with prior reservation]. I was promised that we get 2 luxury rooms under this scheme and in case of any extra room [other than 2 luxury rooms] then I have to make payment of Rs.250.00.  2. Then, i was told that if i get 3 members to their scheme then my membership fee of Rs.60000.00 will be refunded [after deducting service tax] within one month of buying their membership.  3. The food and beverages will be free during our stay at any of their resort for all 7 members [who are covered under the package scheme].  4. Further, i was promised by Mr. Vinay Kumar that if i get 3 more members to country club then my membership fee of RS.60000.00 will be refunded within 30 days of getting them new members.   Based on the documentary offer of the package, i had taken the holiday package from country club at the cost of Rs.60000.00 [including tax]. Payment was made to them through credit card [no. 5239455000370756 dated 28.02.2011 and country club receipt no DEL-4625 signed by Amarjeet Kumar].ted   My suffering and frustation started after getting the membership. Details are as follows:  1. I had taken the membership [CC05DEL10L2428 DATED 28.02.11]. This membership is valid for 10 years.  2. First shock , i came to know was that this membership is valid for 2+2 members only and not for 7 members as promised].  3. Even after getting 3 new members, i was not refunded my membership fee as promised by Mr. Vinay Sharma, DME.  4. I will have to pay full charges on all foods and sightseeing against promise of no extra cost, again promised by Mr. Vinay Sharma  5. I will have to pay 100% room charges for extra room [other than 1 room against promised 2 rooms].  6. This package given to me is valid only for India and not for country club’s overseas resorts.  7. I had arranged 3 more memberships [nos CC05DEL10L2506; CC05DEL10L2416; CC05DEL10L2455]. But, I am still waiting for the refund of my membership fee of Rs.60000.00.  I have talked to Mr. Ritesh Kumar [cell no 9818612400], Team Leader of Vinay Sharma and Mr. Manoj Kumar [cell no. 9560754978] no of times and tried to explain my problem. But, I was surprised and shocked that in place of listening and solving my complain, I was ill treated by three of them and even threatened by Ritesh and Vinay not to pursue the case further otherwise…………………………… I am really surprised company like COUNTY CLUB [PVT]. Limited is involve in these type of FRAUD and mall practices which are not appreciated at all. I was shocked!!!!! Than after my little investigation i came to know that their is one person named as Lalshankar Manshanker Joshi from Padra village, District Dungarpur, Rajasthan who has taken a legal Dish TV connection and giving output connection to whole village with a charge of 80/ per month. Isn't this too much. When i asked him not to do this as its not legal he said they have tie up with local dish tv officers to save them in case of surprise checking.                  <description>Sun HD seems to be better in picture quality &amp; sound but frequently their relay service gets interrupted with various error messages. Initially E16 error was found, 10 days we have not watched HD programs after shouting the service was resumed. Then E48 error was found even after tremendous effort the HD service is not resumed. Simply they say up-gradation is going on. They unable to answer when this up-gradation will be over. Already 10 days have passed. Subscription amount was also paid, whether they will extend the subscription validity days for the number of days we have not watched for that also there is no answer. So i told to disconnect the HD service after their work is over let me again reconnect the HD service. This seems to be correct choice.</description>

I called this gentleman at-least 20 to 30 times during August 2010 but he never responded. I had also sent some sms to him to help me but every-time Mr. Mr. Subba Roa (93249 05161) replied that he is in meeting. I have also sent some emails to this gentleman but of no use.  Thereafter, I got Cell no. of Mr. Rakesh Kumar (Cell no.98205 22076) who is told to be the Marketing Head. I have called him several times, but he has not responded. I have sent him some sms too but he did not bother to reply to any of my sms.    Page-2  Thereafter, I got Cell no. of Mr. Khaja (Cell no.98205 49147) and he gave me another Cell no. of Ms. Lalita Gupta 98199 44216). I called-up this gentle-lady but as usual she did not pick-up my phone.  Apart from said mobile numbers, I have tried at-least 5 landline numbers (customer care) but there is complete blunder as there is no responsible person chaired.   Now, I have got fade-up with the negative attitude of the Executives of Country Club and just I feel that I have been deceived and cheated by the Country Club.  I have understood that Country Club has cheated me and there is no father in Country Club to check how their Executives deceive the public.  Under said circumstances, I would request you to refund my Membership Fee of Rs.65,000/- (Rupees sixty five thousand) along with Interest till date as I am willing to surrender my Membership with immediate effect.  In this context, you are requested to send my refund by an Account payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of DEVENDRA JAIN payable at Mumbai.
