useless eye pencil
I had purchased Estee Lauder productsin Dec 2010,of which the plum eye pencil was one of them. However i started using the pencil only in 2nd half of Jan, but to my horror i cld not get any color in the eyes. How can such high end cosmetic products deceive u ?Pl replace the product or refund the money. |
