एक्वाश्योर,सुप्रीम 3000 सीरियल नम्बर 033993 आपके विक्रेता श्री राकेश पंथी,निवासी विदिशा के द्वारा दिनांक २२ फरवरी २०१० को चेक द्वारा 3400 रूपये देकर खरीदी थी(408120),
जिसकी कार्बन फिल्टर किट दिनांक -०३ दिसंबर २०११ को आपके विक्रेता श्री राकेश पंथी,निवासी विदिशा से लगवाई (बिल नम्बर १९) जिस पर अंकित सर्विस वारंटी दिनांक ३-दिसंबर २०१२ तक है,
श्रीमान दिनांक ७-दिसंबर २०११ से ही उपरोक्त किट में फाल्ट होने या सर्विस नहीं होने के कारण बिलकुल भी जल प्राप्त नहीं हो रहा है;जिस कारण मुजे अपने परिवार को नल का ही जल पिलाना पड़ रहा है,जिससे मेरे ,मेरे परिवार के स्वास्थ पर दुष्प्रभाव हो रहा है,
इस हेतु किट के विक्रेता श्री राकेश पंथी,निवासी विदिशा को कई बार फोन किया परन्तु पहले तो वो आज आऊंगा-कल आऊंगा कहते रहे ओर अब तो फोन ही रिसीव नहीं कर रहे है,
गंदा जल पी कर मेरा परिवार बीमार हो रहा है ! तथा सर्विस न मिलने से हम काफी परेशान हो रहे है ;
