False and wrong Dental Root Canal treatment By Dr Aabir Mukherjee
Dear Sir,
Sub: Praying for compensation for Mentally & Physically sufferings due to False and wrong Dental Root Canal treatment By Dr Aabir Mukherjee of 64/1 Dhakuria Station Road, Kolkata 700 031
I was under Dr Aabir Mukherjee of 64/1 Dhakuria Station Road, Kolkata 700 031, of Jadavpur P.S. during August 2007 to July 2008 for a Root Canal treatment. Even after the treatment I was having severe pain in the particular and adjacent tooth, which was operated by Dr Aabir Mukherjee using Root Canal treatment, and took Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand Only) plus other charges like X-ray, daily visiting charges, etc. (Xerox copy of Prescription & Money receipt is attached).
But after the operation I started facing a severe and continuous pain in that tooth. And at last when he failed to cure the pain, he suggested uprooting the tooth. When I asked about the failure of the Root Canal treatment, he told me that the treatment did not suit me and it would be better to remove the tooth.
After getting so deeply frustrated with this statement made by Dr Aabir Mukherjee and tired with severe pain I rushed to Dr Partha Deb Bose of The Calcutta Medical Research Institute, Kolkata 700027 for a cross check up (Xerox copy of Prescription is attached). And there I came to know that earlier the Root Canal treatment was not done at all which Dr Aabir Mukherjee claimed. I was alarmingly shocked hearing this information and requested Dr P Basu, if possible, to do again the same Dental Root Canal treatment. Dr P Basu did the same and till today I am well. I waited for more than a year to be sure about the proper outcome of the treatment. Please note I had to pay again for the Root Canal treatment at The Calcutta Medical Research Institute.
Hope you would realize that not only how much I was harassed financially and physically but also how much time was wasted during these period.
I would like to request yours please do an investigation that like me, to how many patients did Dr Aabir Mukherjee treat brutally and falsely and do the justice accordingly.
And Sir, in my case could you please do the needful, for my huge physical, financial and time loss, I want a compensation of Rupees Thirty Thousand only at least for this ill and false treatment.
