                 <title>Expired Supply of soft drinks</title>

                 <description>I am a regular customer of easy day and I went to buy soft drinks this time. I buyed sprite and have the billing and bought. When I opened and served the soft drink then after some I feel vomiting and had loose motions also after that I checked the date of the soft drink I found that it was expired. I rushed to the store and talked to the manager and the manager was so rude when I told this incident he answered me that it is not our concern. I feel like how the easy day guys make such a irresponsible person as manager of the store. None of the store heads take the responsibility of supplying the expired soft drink. I found the case with the soft drink and there can be many other cases like this.  I would like to ask the easy day team to take the strict action as soon as possible against this manager.</description>

                 <description>Dear Friends,  I’m at my wits’ end since the past couple of months and spending sleepless nights over the sudden disappearance of Isomil – one of the soy-based formulae – widely prescribed by pediatricians or children suffering from diarrhea.  Not only have I done the rounds all over NCR, but have even tried sourcing it from other regions, but to no avail. My four year old daughter is not only lactose intolerant, but has been suffering from repeated bouts of diarrhea. I’ve been feeding her Isomil all these years after the doctor’s advice. We did try a couple of other options but the child has shown intolerance to these products.   Although we have been trying to get some details from the consumer helpline of the company, it hasn’t been of much help. The last we hear from them was that this product will not be available for an indefinite period. I would like to bring to your notice how a children’s product be so suddenly withdrawn from the market without citing any reason and particularly when so many children have become used to it.  </description>

Today I ordered a large peporoni pizza and he said due to heavy rush it will take 1 hour to be delivered. After one hour and ten min I called to ask about the delivery then he said it should have been delivered but still he will check. After another 5 min the pizza was delivered which was absolutely cold. When I called back saket dominos Mr Pankaj started to accuse me of always ordering pizza's and not paying which he has is in the history of my address. I would really like to know who fills this history and on what basis. I am shocked that domino's can go to such level just to shun work as my address for Saket seems to be a great distance. Even I drive and it takes me 15 to 20 min to reach my house from Saket as my office is there too. I hope your organisation hires people who can at least talk with respect to customers. I hope to receive a reply from your complaints dept. thank you</description>

Serial no for the said ice cream was 901262177146 &amp; Invoice no is 687, Book no is 14.  When I complain the same to the shop owner &amp; asked for complain register he said they don't have any complain reister. Then he called local Amul dealer from whom he is purchasing goods second end person casually informed that its a small thing it happened.  Is company like Amul Ice cream is not at all bother for quality check/quality control? What type of quality is maintain by amul?  Apart from this customer care number mentioned on tri cone is also not operational?  </description>

The pack had a free offer of a "Tennis ball" with the pack and after the billing when the gift was not supplied, enquired from the customer desk who directed me to another counter. There on of the official informed me that the gift item is packed along with the product and not supplied separately. After reaching home the pack (Product Pack No.-999701475) was opened and surprisingly nothing found inside.  The whole process and reply received from the officials of the retail store was totally misleading and unfaithful.  Expecting a honest approach from a reputed sales outlet like Big Bazaar (Pantaloon retail ltd). </description>

I told her the fact, but  She does’nt listening my complaint at all and she uttered so many offensive &amp; abusive words over phone and she told me that I have to produce that product from where I had purchased. I told her that I am staying in Pune and is it possible to produce that open lid exploded Rossugolla container ? Then she replied that it is your bad luck, out of three, one can be wasted(rotten).  I would like to know from your goodself that how can you help me to overcome this situation. I have not opened another two container fearing that may be rotten condition. I tried several times your number 033-40144422 mentioned in your container on 20.12.10 at 10.00 pm, but nobody was lifting the phone so far.  May I request you, Could you solve my problem or otherwise I have to take stringent action against your company by publishing in newspaper and also in TV also showing the fact, but I don’t want so. I request to the officials who are responsible to take the samples of food , keep eye on the quality of food , provides hygiene regulations to look in to the matter and take immediate action against these silent criminals. Here My complaint is with  M/s.Hemant Food Corner , Address : G-4/12,Sagar Tower, District Centre Opposite LIC building, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058, Phone Nos.9540492498 / 9310893355. This restaurant is serving a week’s old prepared refrigerated unhygienic food openly. While complaining to its owner, he told that we serve like this only, if you don’t want to have this, just Pay and get lost. He has even not any fear or regret what he is doing. I have never seen any restaurant owner having such a rude attitude. Also preparation is made under such a pathetic condition that once if anybody gone through he can ever eat anything there neither he would like to have a glass of water there. Simply this man is playing with the life of people. Unable to understand who has given him right to do so. This is the case of our capital where the entire government department is functioning having all their offices. You can just imagine what would be happening in other part of the county. I am sure there situation must be worse. I request to the officials responsible for the quality of food served in hotels to check this gentleman’s restaurant and penalize , &amp; most importantly make him relies that what he is doing that is not good , in fact it is a crime so that other get some lessen &amp; do not dare to do so. </description>
