Poor product, not refunding as they tell guranty.
Hi,
I had ordered a speedofit belt from gtm tele shopping before 15 days. I have received before 10 days, it has stopped working withing 7 days. I used it only for 5 days.
I am very disappointed with this poor product. Then I called on the number which was given on receipt 09229364364. A girl provided me the complain number 170B10 and told me that I have to send it to your Indore address from Post office.
I have posted it before 16 days with copy of my receipt and application which is written on the back of receipt. As they have 30 days money back guaranty.
Now i have mailed them 4 times but no body is responding me.
Please help me.
