Road,  Bangalore-560 001.  Phone no - 080 22975459 / 22975483 .   Dear sir   My consumer No. 36180 Gas Delaer - Rashmi Bharth Gas agency , Near K R Puram Raily Station, Bangalore   This LPG gas dealer unnecessary delays our supply of refill of cylinders. Suppose if the booking is done on 1st of the month the gas will be delivered after 25 days of booking that means we will get the cylinder only after 25th of that month. This kind of late delivery is happening from the last five years and every time when we do the complaint on their they say that the gas cylinders the received is very less or some times they say the cylinders that was carrying by the truck is not reached yet. We are really not sure what exactly the Gas Agency does with the Cylinders they receive. One more thing is that when we want to get the status of the booking their office phone is always engaged. Sometimes they give the delivery boy's mobile number to inquire with him. If we don't pay them the commission, next time they are delaying the delivery. 1. Today, I contacted the agency office and they intimated me that will take 40 days. I regret to inform you that every time they will take to deliver the gas longer days.                  <description>My Indane LPG Consumer No is A-49314. On 8th Sept. 2011 I booked for refill cylinder. It is next to impossible to book gas cylinder over telephone as the telephone numbers of the Agency are invariably busy till one is fully frustrated dialling the numbers. If one is lucky, you will end up getting false assurances. Several times, on enquiry, the Agency is saying that the cylinder will be delivered to -day; but today does not come. If the Agency has no capacity to serve the consumers, why at all it is in the business? please advise the Agency not to harass the customers. When can I expect delivery of the cylinder?</description>

                 <description>Respected sir/mam ,  Today i went to collect my gas cylinder in the above given agency ,there they are collecting excess amount than the original cylinder rate they are not giving any responce to the customers and also not giving proper delivery too, after one month we itself went to the gas station and took the cylinder , for that they are collecting Rs,450. but actuall rate of the cylinder us Rs,389.only, plz consider this complaint and do the needed soon. my gascostomer no:26495</description>

                 <description>HP GAS my gas connection registered with name CHANDRA WATI  my consumer no. is 607022  my gas agency name DEVI DAYAL ENTERPRISES, sector 8 rohini delhi  dear sir/ madam  i am not recieving gas cylinder dilevery for last 3 months, i have complained many times in office, but they always says "it will take only two days to deliver" but not delivered . i book my refill on regular basis, i recieved the sms alert of booking with booking number, i also get sms alert "your gas refill delivered" but i did not recieved then where is my refill gone,i had to buy refill cylinder in 600 rs from another gas delivery man. nobody is ready to hear me even they talk to me roudly  i asked them to tell me when did u deliver me last cylinder, or show me recieving slip but they are not ready to tell me anything  kindly solve my problem and deliver a cylinder to my home as soon as possible.  i would be thankful to you</description>

Though 41 days passed no supply has been made so far. Every time I am facing such problem. I have to go to street to get Cylinder from my neighbour because of abnormal dealy from my distribution Sree Raghavendra Gas Agency, Avadi, Chennai- 600 054. I request the system evolved by Government must adheared by the distributor and aoivd such occarances in future. Time and again I have to knock the doors of distributor for cylinder supplies. I request to expect favourable orders.</description>
