Product issue/Need Company engineer visit at site to confirm same

Sir,
I regret to inform you that the following truth with regard to my purchase of Godrej Washing Machine Unit serial No.60911502.
As on today this machine is oot of warranty but on 3rd of Sep when we started this machine after 15 min it's suddenly stopped & by making huge sound and some of metal pieces comes out from machine...thank god no body is near to that machine.....so as of my point ofview it may be product issue...pls look in to this and send godrej engineer to site visit on 10th of sep to our residence....if same is confirmed so we can go for paid service...but need to confirm on same...
Hope this will be taken care by godrej team....
