Mt meant for garbage bin &amp; public park,after having procured the land, he is running commercial activity of making sweets &amp; supplying them to all the sweet shops in the radius of 5-7 kms, he is also running a commercial ice-cream godown on the ground floor of this encroached land. Since he is a land mafia I dare not come in open &amp; complaint against his theft, that is why I am sending this letter through e-mail. I have already complaint all the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far, he bribes the officials who so ever come for inspection. Its a complete illegal construction &amp; its a havoc being near to this place, request you to demolish this place.                  <description>hello this is akshay tickoo from jammu and kashmir. i have complaited here alot but i never got the solution of any prblm. i hope this time u will do anything behind ur shaneness. my father is in railway and he has AC pass which means his family could travel anywhere free by sitting in AC in any train. but the shit happening is that T.T.E of the trains are doing their mann marzi. they are not allowing the employees of railway to sit in AC's. they are doing this becoz they give reserved or unreserved seets to people for the purpose of money. this money is like a bribe. sometimes they allow their friends or relatives etc to sit in AC's inspite of railway employee's family eligible for sitting in AC's. this is so awkward. they show very dirty behaviour to us. they are money suckers. the same thing happened to me an asshole T.T.E came to me two days back and tell me to ask to the T.T.E that could we sit in ac boggies or not. what the crab is this why should we ask him of we have the ac pass. is he the railway minister or the god. huh and after that he bring some people i think his friends and say them to sit in the ac and told me r u blind couldn't u see the ac is extremely full u cant sit here go to the dirty sleepers. he just wana earn some fuc%#*g money from the people. as the T.T.E was a sardar so it might be his 12 o clock. and today he again told me that u cant sit in AC. what the hell is this. we the family of employee at a nice rank in railway could not sit in AC as we are eligible for that becoz T.T.E's wanna earn money they are full of greed. this should stop or the persons like me gonna make that type of T.T.E's handicapped. thnxxx and i will wait for the reply from u or indian railways. hope u will reply soon. thnxx this time do something.</description>

                 <description>Dear sirs, I am a small enterpreuner, running net center for passport applications online. Generally my center attracts huge crowd since passport office works for only two hours, everybody will be eager to complete their work immediately to go their homes. Today 27.03.2012, at around 11.30, as usual my center was busy with huge no of customers, suddennly one person was asking about to make passport, I gave him my service card, he couldn't able to understand what is passport, what is ARN. He told this is AE's work you have to do immediately. I told its very busy here, I can explain you, pl come at 12 noon by the time rush subsidizes. Arrogant fellow rised voice and went away. After few minutes, suddenly atmosphere was changed some people entered dashingly, removed fuse and broken water pot kept for puja decorative. water shed around floor, all work fused off. Many people suffered. AE and his supporters shouting loudly saying you didnt recognize AE, and not attending his work, you have to suffer, we'll cut your supply. You are small tiny fello, you cant attend AE's work? He showed his power. Our clients on net are stubbed, their work spoiled, I have lost money, totally situation worsened, I compelled to close my shop, later he put fuse back. At no moment in my life I never paid my electrical bill late or avaded. To such a good customer, this kind of treatment? on what grounds he should remove the fuse, because I have not obeyed his passport work? Electrical AE can use public as slaves for his personal works? Is electrical department and his govt job are for his personal use? his goons/NMRs can do what ever they want? I ask respectful citizens of Visakhapatnam to strongly rise voice on this ruthless act and uncivilized goondagiri.</description>

I was on my bike at kalanagar signal where i stopped my bike and got down to pee in the garbage area. there were few men standing there who saw me as i was going to piss. after that they came to me and asked me to pay rs.200/- fine for pissing. they claimed to be BMC clean up officials. When I told them why dint u warn me when you saw me doing it so they replied that it is not their duty to warn people. they are employed to just collect the fine. Also, they were not wearing any BMC clean up uniform. They were very rude and did not even have rs.200/- reciept. they gave me 2 reciepts of rs.100/-  I did pay the fine but I want the BMC to look into the matter of these officials who claim that it is not their duty to stop crime and only charge for the crime commited. Also some action should be taken against them for not wearing the uniform on duty. Their names and batch numbers are:- 1. mr. rajesh palange  2. mr. vishal nakhave their batch numbers are 1080 and 1086. Thank you. I hope to hear from the BMC soon before I forward the complaint to all the media and top officials of BMC.</description>

The gentleman manning the counter informed me that the manager was not available at that moment and brought out a book meant to be complaint book and requested me to write my complaint in the same. I did that . The gentleman assured me that the Manager will talk to me on the very evening about my complaint.                  <description>Sub. : Harassment on account of restoration of one third commutation portion of pension after 15 years w.e.f 01.04.2000.  Dear Sir,  On the subject, with a heavy heart &amp; also having no other alternative to get relief from any corner, now I am compelled to approach your good office to resolve my following grievance.  Needless to mention that as on dated, I am 70 years old Senior Citizen &amp; therefore not in position to knock the door time &amp; again of the concerned deptt. (HRD)for getting my grievance resolved which is due for payment since 01.04.2000.  For ready reference, brief summary of my case is as under :-  That , I worked in the Ministry of Human Resource Development,Deptt. Of Higher Education (HRD) as steno Grade C w.e.f 07.07.1965 to 29.07.1980.After that I was absorbed in the Trade Fair Authority of India ( Now India Trade Promotion Organization i.e ITPO) w.e.f 29.07.1980. Monthly pension of Rs. 179.00 p.m was sanctioned to me on dated 09.01.1985 by the P&amp;AO, Deptt. of Education.   Subsequently, on dated 05.01.1985, PPO No. 549 was issued to me &amp; I received cent percent commuted value of Pension (Approx. Rs. 32000.00) &amp; therefore monthly pension of Rs. 179.00 pm was stopped forthwith.   Thereafter, neither as per Supreme Court Orders conveyed through Deptt. Of Pension &amp; Pensioners Welfare letter no. 4/3/86-P&amp;PW(D) dated 13.09.1986 ( Subsequent clarificatory Office Memo of dated 13.01.1998) directed to facilitate restoration of 1/3  Pension commutation date in respect of employees who drew lump sum on their absorption in PSU’s has been restored nor have CGHS health facilities been extended to me &amp; to my wife. Here, it may be mentioned that post retirement health care facility is not being extended to its retired employees by the PSU( Absorbed in ITPO on 29.07.1980) from where I was retired on 30.11.2002.  All the copies of the orders issued by the Supreme Courts &amp; the other necessary documents have already been submitted to The Joint Secretary ,Govt of India, Ministray of Human Resource Development,Deptt. of Higher Education, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi vide my various letters dated 20.05.1995, 21.07.1997, 17.07.2001, 18.12.2002, 25.05.2004, 04.02.2008, 05.11.2008, 08.03.2010.  I am ready to submit any undertaking if required by the deptt. to restore my pension which is due for payment w.e.f 01.04.2000.  I hope that considering my present age ( Around 70 years) &amp; other peculiar hardships before the senior citizens on date , you will take appropriate action in the matter so that my 1/3 pension is restored by HRD without any further delay.  Thanking you,  Shanti Parkash Sharma ( Retired Steno Grade C A-4-165,Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 (M)98997-01957   </description>

After getting those formats, we filled that and submitted all the documents in SBI Nautanawa and they mailed that documents in lakhnow LHO and Head office but file was not returned from head office for long time. Again we went SBI Nautuna and they advice us to re- filling next formats because file they sent to Lakhnaw may be lost. So we filled the another formats and that the documents were sanded by SBI after signing by me and bank Manager. But till date the documents are not returning after approval by Head office that they replying to us. As the applicant became owner and landlord of the above mentioned property as per alw and Gurjeet Singh became relative of tenant.  2. That Gurjeet Singh started unauthorised and illegal construction on the aforementioned properly immediately the applicant filed a suit for permanent and mandatory injuction   against Gurjeet Singh, MCD and SHO P.S. Gandhi Nagar. The said case titled as Rajesh Kumar vs. Gurjeet Singh &amp; others is pending adjuction before the court of Sh.   Jagdish Kumar, CJ, KKD Court, Delhi, the counsel for MCD appeared on behalf of MCD and undertook to take action against illegal and unauthorised construction of   aforementioned property. In view of the undertaking pf MCD counsel.  3. That despite the undertaking given by MCD Counsel in the court, the MCD official allowed the aforementioned person to raise illegal and unauthorised construction on the   aforementioned property that amounts to the contempt. The applicant called the PCR on 27.01.2012 at about 5.42 PM, Channel No. 102, but no PCR Van has come on the   spot to take action. It shows the connivance of MCD officials and police officials with the Gurjeet Singh.  4. That the illegal and unauthorised construction is going on large scale with the connivance of MCD and P.S.                  <description>Dear Sir,  I am a BSNL telephone subscriber from couple of years. My telephone is dead from 2 months I registered complaints over phone which hardly yielded much result. The normal reply was "cable fault". My phone bearing No.080-25720219 and Consumer no. (43032648) I have been registering complaints everyday.                  <title>Water logging at wajirabed flyover</title>

                 <description>Wazirabad flyover is one of the vulnerable stretches in the city during rainy season. Because of some structural fault all the outlets of the bridge are choked during rainfall, resulting in acute waterlogging. Flyover outlets are so designed that it emits the rainwater in the Yamunna itself. For quite a long time during rainfall of even moderate intensity, all the outlets of the flyover gets choked causing massive traffic jams that spilled over to nearby areas. It was anticipated that during CWG-2010, the flyover's outlets would be cleaned but nothing was done to clean-up the drains. It is requested that thorough de-silting of drain outlets should be carried out so that that waterlogging at the bridge does not trigger massive traffic jam during rainfall.</description>
