Sub: Harrashment
Ref: Loan Account NO.91527793
My name is Shravan Kumar resident of Hyderabad i taken personal loan from Centurion Bank for my buisness purpose and they had given loan on the basis of my previous good banking transactions unfortunatly i loss every thing in the buisness because of some personal and physical problems not only that i am totally on road, i lost my father, even i send my mother to old age home because of financial problem, when i was in this situation i immediatly approach the Bankers for breakup of my instalment amount but they not taken in serious about my request , at same i got the information from Mr.Srinivas Rao that Centurion Bank merged with HDFC BANK


At the time of my buisness loss i already paid 17 Instalment after that i Paid another three instalments,almost all i paid Rs.200,000 lacs now the bankers started to haarashing me, that i am getting call from Bangalore Mr.Mathur calling me regularly that he was punish me. I am requesting the Bankers that i am Ready to pay 10000/- Rupess per month for 1 year after that what ever balance will be there that i am going to pay in single or two shots but there not allow me, and one more that the local bankers are also crating new sense in front of my house they are doing like that only the way is there i have to hang my self

so many times i am requesting the bankers but they are behaving like that only
Please i need help from higher official in matter that i want resovle as soon as possible otherwise i have no another way to sale my organ kindny or to hang my self

sir please understand my problem on humanity basis and solve my problem

4 years back I have taken a personnel loan with HDFC bank. Recently I got a call from HDFC executive Sowjanya(ph:08143817731) that they are offering top up loan for existing customers with same rate of interest as the existing loan. So I asked them to process the pre approved loan of 182000 and the executive(Sowjanya) told that there will be some charges for insurance, As I did not accept it they waived of these charges and they initially told that the processing fees will be 2 % after discussion she accepted for 1.5 %. She sent one more executive Kiran(ph:09985907766) for documents collection. Suddenly one day without any intimation they disbursed the amount by charging 2% processing fee. So I called them for the clarification, one week they tried to convince me and as I am not convincing, today Sowjanya's team lead Axaya(040-9320276) called me and confirmed that once the processing fees deducted will not be return back and she suggested me to contact their banks manager(S.R.Nagar branch) or go for any consumer court. I heard about this site from one of my colleague and trying to get the solution for the issue.
My questions are
1. How they will tell different ROI before and after loan disbursement
2. They should call me before the disbursement of the amount, if I am not satisfied with the ROI, I might not take the loan.
