Regarding Purchase of Faulty Bike Glamour
Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that Unfortunately I have purchased Hero Honda Product – Glamour Bike on dated 26-03-2008 from your authorized dealer M/s Shivalik Automobiles Kalka, Distt. Panchkula, State Haryana.

COLOUR : BLACK & WHITE
ENGINE NO.: 07HASM11042
CHASIS NO.: 07HAWC10848
OWNER’S MANUAL NO. 322924
BATTERY : EXIDE 7G7622519
From the very beginning I am facing a lot of problem from this defective product about that I had already informed you Vide Regd. Letter dated 16-05-2008 ( Copy Enclosed ). From the March 2008 onwards, every after some months one or two defects/ faults comes and were repaired by your dealer at the time of service of the Bike till today.
Now a major fault come over (i.e. Engine is going to be seized as told by the mechanic). During this period from March 2008 to till date it never goes smoothly & always gives problems & I have spent a lot of money on your Useless Product.
Now you are requested to think over the whole matter sympathetically and instruct your company free replacement of Engine Parts and Engine Service at the earliest otherwise I will take the shelter of Consumer Court.
