Subject : Complaint for the Marriage home(Banquet Hall) in Residential colony.
Respected Sir,
This is to bring in yor notice that I a am responsible resident of Vijay Mohalla Moujpur and I on regular basis witness the chaos that takes place in the neighborhood due to the weddings that taleks place in the banquet hall in the locality. Sir I woild like to inform you that the banquet (Hasnain Banquet Hall)is illegal has no permission from MCD and Delhi police with no parking space and is siituated on a 20 feet road.
Consequences of the weddings/parties in the banquet hall
• During the course of the event there is a complete mess in the streets as there is no parking available and the vehicles are parked on road in front of the anyones house.
• People drink in the open public area and create chaos also they pass comments on the females living by which is annoying and disturbing and leads to riots at times
• Our locality contain students who studies at night and due to such chaotic and disturbing environment they are unable to concentrate on their studies also the complaints for the same is been done but there is no hearing.
• There is no restriction to sound as it keeps on playing till late night and the police has no objection an the same, it is also been said that the beat officer co operates with the owner of the banquet as he is been gven compensation for the same.
Requesting you to please look into the matter as we on personal grounds tried to speak with the owner but in return he has threatened us as he has mafia connecions, he is also been accused for various other illegal activities for which there are end number of cases running against him in the court.
Note : Please keep my identity hidden as there can be any illegal action taken against me after the appeal.
