The Jaipur centre manager - Shalini had initially promised that it will smoothen my skin, remove pigmentation, bringing back lusture and also get my acne problems under control. I told her that I do not have acne anymore and I only want to get treated on open pores and existing acne scars. She convinced me that Novacid treatement took care of all those and I would start seeing results after first sitting only. It was pure fraud. After 1st sitting when I complained of almost no result, she told me that she never promised about any acne scars and I would have to take a different treatment for them. Other than that, she said that only 1 sitting won’t help and I should take all 5 and then see. She also coaxed me to buy VLCC products for better results. I did everything as asked and yet there are no results. Infact, during the treatment, my earlier acne problem emerged back and I had to visit a skin doctor to control it. I am still fighting the scars left and the pathetic centre manger could not even offer me anything for scar removal. However, when after 5 sittings there was no result, the centre manager agreed with me and her staff accepted all the facts. But they did not agree on giving me my money back or atleast removing the new scars formed from their treatment. I need to take them to consumer court. Can anybody help me. I want my money back. So he suggested me to do abortion of the second one uterus pragency. He reffered my case to the Name care Hospital Guahati to do the abortion. He wrote to the Dr Gouri Knta Kalita . After getting the result I supposed to commit suicide . But my husband suggested me to meet the Dr Gouri Knta Kalita to be confirm and to do the sonography test once again. I did the test again in the Name care Hospital and was informed that I do have a normal uterus and I was not pregnant . After getting the sonography report I felt very much nervous and was shocked about the Dr Giridhar Brahma's result . They told they will refund only 60 %, after so many request they told that we will charged 26%of payout Mr. Deepak Sood (Director Operations)send me E-mail regarding on same “ As Me and Mr. Bhatnagar Accounts Head has already conveyed you that we are deducting only 26% of the Payout instead of deducting 36% from the Distributor Price. We have already given you the benefit of 10% which the company doesn’t give to anybody else” We said ok but what about VAT which is charged by you on sale, it will received you by sales Tax department, then they told we will not give you VAT amount as it will not receive as 6 month had passed after the sale, as sales Tax department will not refunded after the expiry of 6 month date of sale, We told that only 5 month is passed. Then they told we will not refund as there is lots of paper work and also our time will waste to calculate this. I said that it is not fair; i will take action against you. Then they told us “OK” we will refund your VAT amount but we will deduct 36% instead of 26%, then we reminded them about their earlier commitment, they totally ignored and paid only 64% and VAT amount. In the evening I felt normal and asked Dr Senthil Kumar to discharge for which he refused and asked me to stay. In the next morning there was no power for 1.30 hours and no generator nor any inverter. I was in dark without air. So i came out and asked staff and Jr lady dr to discharge me for which they refused and gave me bill of 5,800 including 3,500 as ICU room charges for a day. I asked the reason for exhorbitant cost they called Dr Senthil kumar and he shouted at me harshly in spite of my telling that a doctor should not shout like that with a patient. But still he continued and closed the phone and went to DMS office to complain. Since it was Sunday, I write this letter now and will proceed to DMS on Monday morning.
