Sub: - Refund of Excess payment in Personal Loan regarding.
Deficiency in Services through ICICI Bank Personal Loan excess payment refund related issues.
I am one of the sincere and honest customers of ICICI Bank. I had taken personal loan on credit card privilege for an amount of Rs.30,000/- and cleared the loan and paid excess amount of Rs.1,544.59/- on PL Card No.9401 2702 0665 4001. For which I had informed to customer care centre in the month of October 19th 2011. As I made my payment through funds transfer through Axis Bank Net Banking service for which the Customer care officer asked me to obtain bank statement and fax it to Mumbai office and gave me a SR. No.194250527 for which I did it immediately. I received SMS on my registered mobile no 9908699666 stating that Dear customer Your SR194250527 has been processed on 25/10/2011 you will receive the draft within 10 working days but it is in vain. Mean while I had contacted several times they gave me lame excuses and wrong courier services address/contact no’s and dispatch details for which I am seriously offended. (Your can retrieve our conversation through your IVR system at your end to know the facts and have your appraisal for quality and Monitoring purposes).
Right now I am fed up with your lame excuses if I don’t receive the above said demand draft with in 2 days from now I will proceed legally in consumer forum at Visakhapatnam.
