Credit card payment made but no settlement letter given
Hello Sir/Madam,
Last year after Aug 2010 a person called Nirmal John asked me to pay the settlement
of 8000/ after verifying the issues with the credit card which was going on for two years.
I contacted him thrice and he says he has taken care but i get this notification.
will you please stop sending me this.
I suppose to receive a letter of confirmation but did not receive any!!
What's going on with you people?
My card number is : 4477 4780 3049 6008.
Icici please send my settlement letter, otherwise I would file a complaint and I get my work done in simple way.

I spoke to his manager even today (21-Dec-2011).
fix this soon.
