Delivery not traceable
I have sent Sofa Set from Dubai thru Easy Movers Cargo and they have clearing Agent in Mumbai as Almas Cargo. Now more than one month the item is not yet delivered and when contacted on telephone I get the saem answer every time please get the consignment number from Dubai, When I contact Dubai they say there is no consignment number it is consolidated shipment, you will get it. we have details that it is already reached Mumbai. From Mumbai to Hyderabad it has not reached and I cannot trace it. I do not know what to do now. |
