Company bad attitude
I am arriving at London airport at 7.30 am from Chicago. I had booked another flight from London to Bilbao (Spain)who was departing at 11.30 am. Iberia has send me an email one month in advance delaying the flight about 7 hours. The company did not apologize, did not offer alternatives, no refund options and gave no justification at all for the change. They do this quite often and I feel really disappointed with how they treat people.
In the future I will avoid to flight with this company and will tell other people my experience. |
