not returing the security deposite and not paid salary for last three months
The Managing Director of the above mentioned company had taken a security deposit of Rs 25000/- and said that he will pay us a salary of rs 8000/- per month for 3 months (training period) and then the salary will be around 20000/- but after 3 months neither he given the salary nor he is returning the security deposit which he had taken when we are joined the company. |
