Sir, your AMC service is worst
I had taken AMC on July 25, 2010. Delear man promised that all the filters will be replaced free of cost. Till date they didn't replace it. They charged 1250/- for this.
Some other problem happened, and their representative advised me to take other AMC. they charged me 6100/- on 11 jan 2011 and till date no body visited single time for RO servicing, filter change etc. I called them no of time. Now they tell you have not registered your complaint to customer care department. I do not know for what they are charging money. Do you have any explanation.
Really fed up.
