Further vide Complain no 60113567 on 05.08.2010 I informed that the order is not delivered till now. Even after 10 days the complain is not resolved and I have not received my order for which I have already made the payment by mcheck.                  <description>on 24/08/11 i have purchased 71 items vide my receipt No.0009579 but it is found that J&amp;J BABY POWDER 400G prining MRP is Rs.110.00 but in the bill its mention Rs.125.00 and GILL ASL RUSH 100m Rs.260.00 after off of Rs.50.00 but in the bill its Rs.310.00. kindly look into the matter immediately</description>

                 <description>I have bought Aqua Sure 3 PCTi water purifier on 17.10.2010 with six months warranty. I have made complaints about tap leakage on 22.01.2011 (Complaint No.22111417) followed by reminders (No.84254953 on 29.01.2011) and (No.84274421 on 03.02.11) and I was assured of service each time within 2 working days. But nobody attended to my complaints till date, hence the purpose of water purifier is defeated, putting the children to drink hazardous water. There is definitely a need to improve the after sale service of Aqua Sure Water Purifiers.</description>

In response to ... 18 Jun    Reply |Walji Raghvani to a9879489180  show details 19 Jun   Dear sir,   If according the reason given for rejection of my claim is what you say, is than can you please give me the answers to my following questions before i pass this matter to lawyers.   a) Why was a prior approval given Re. 51550 alyhough the same papers were produced?   b) When the question of the difference of amount as per the hospital estimate of Re.135000 and your approval of 51550 was raised than only rejection came along?   c )Not only that but the hospital insisted on me depositing the difference of about Re.85000 betweem the amount approved and their estimate prior to my admission.   d) As i was to be admitted the next day and my policy refers as CASH LESS, i refused to pay and than phone calls started between me, hospital and your call center reps, who bluntly said this is a provisional approval and the rest will be settled when the final bill comes along. BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE HOSPITAL SAID THESE ARE OUR TERMS OF ADMITANCE AND THEY DONT OBLIGE BY YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SO?   e) At approx 10.30pm. (night before my admition) i received a call saying my claim has been rejected and they wont honour any claims.   f) As arranged i went to hospital but they told me what your call center guys told me middle of night.
