Defectiv Products and bad customer service
I have purchased one SONY LCD from SAHU Agency Gomti Nagar Lucknow dated 20.05.11 Invoice No 201112001121 Total amount paid 37900.00 and it is defective.
I have already registered my complainThrough Complain No 7002018 dated 07.06.11 but with no response till now.Please solve my problem and arrange to replace the same as the same is having manufacturing defect.As per warranty card the same will be replace if any manufacturing defect will be found.The above LCD is with Service centre and as per them the same will be repair when the defective part will reach from Singapore and they are harashing us without proper responce.
