EDUCATION RACKET OPERATING IN STATE UNDER COVER OF EIILM UNIVERSITY

EIILM University SIKKIM is a private university in SIKKIM State its jurisdiction is sikkim state only,According to the UGC norms, EIILM University cannot start off-campus centers/study centers/information centers/distance education centers any where in the country otherthan in sikkim.The Eranamkula based team Leads Business School giving franchisee ( EIILM university's study centers) on all districts of kerala& collectin a huge amount from study centers arond 50 study centers operating at diffrent districts in kerala.they canvasing students for fast-track programmes,degree/diploma within one year,& more offers giving.....they giving regular certificates of EIILM university, wht cheating is this ?The UGC ,in a public notice put on its website on june 6th 2011,had warned the students that there were as many as 85 private universities in variouse state of country,some of these universities are running on franchisee basis which is not allowed & some of the universities affliated colleges have started off-campus in violation of the ugc rule.
EIILM university official website is www.eiilmuniversity.ac.in,www.ddl.eiilmuniversity.ac.in , so the distance education's study centers list is showing on www.eiilm.ind.in .. is it fake? a fraud team operatin this program to cheate studycenters &students, whithin months more students willbe cheatd in india at diffrent state,it is planned operation of a fraud racket,they getting more crore rupees from the publuc be careful the studycenters & students.. pls react for ur safty
