ADDITIONAL DEBIT OF AMOUNT FROM ACCOUNT
My loan account number is 110200000261. I have taken loan from LIC HFL under Griha Prakash scheme. My loan disbursed in July. Though I have given 24 PDCs and timely amount of EMI had been debited periodically still I got one call from Lucknow Recovery Office of Mr Jay Kumar saying you are defaulter and immediately come to office and deposite pending amount. I was out of station and cancelled my very inportant meetings and visited lucknow lic hfl recovery office and finally Mr Jay Kumar told to repay Rs 357 as Balance of Principal. When I asked why is this additionally imposed on me while I am continuously paying my EMIs the behaviour of Mr Jai Kumar was not good and he could not clear me and move me here and there to this window and that window in the office. I activated ECS and submitted form at LIC HFL Office opposite Sahara Shopping Mall, So futher I reqeust to activate ECS and debit EMIs via ECS. |
