Dear Responsible person
Thhis is for kind information that I have take the loan 15.0 lac from LIC HOUSING LOAN, Agra branch, (U.P.) on date 05.07.2011. My Loan A/C No. 110300000055, Apll. No. 1308750.Duing discuusion At initialy with Mr. Tajender Chauradry (branch Manager) and Mr.Ajay Dixit (Team Leader) it was decided that loan fee will be 0.5% because i am working in Cipla which is under CEHL and take one check from me for loan fee but fee charge was deducted from by account 1.0% (15338) with out any discussion and intimation to me.
For the same i inform and disscus to Mr.Tajerder Chaudary ( Branch Manager ) & Mr.Ajay Dixit (Team Leader )Agra number of the time.
THREE TIMES COMMUNICATE THE PROBLEM BY MAIL BUT NOT GET ANY REPLY.
RESPONSE IS VERY POOR .
