LSBF agent should refund
I had applied for admission in LSBF through Edu World. The agent applied for admission in LSBF but the agent did not tell me the refund policy in advance and she did not ask for a refund in time. Now when my 3000 pounds are with LSBF, my agent should pay the full amount because it is her responsibility. Agents receive huge amount of commission when they apply so it is their responsibility to refund if LSBF does not refund.
I have filed a complaint againt the agent in consumer court and also police complaint so the the agent can refund the amount. After police complaint the agent refunded 2000 pounds but not complete amount.
These agents are big frauds and do not have any knowledge of visas and admission procedure and loot money of innocent students.
I beleive not LSBF but agent should refund full amount and must be thrown behind bars for such activities.
These agents are polite crooks who are misguiding the young people and their parents. |
