                 <description>This is with reference to the DELL laptop Inspiron 14r-w7-3/320-black purchased from Dell exclusive store in Noida G-3, GF KRISHNA APRA PLAZA SEC 18 NOIDA 201301, I have purchase the is laptop on 17Sep 2010. Not more then a week it started giving problem i have requested to the Dell Exclusive store Mr Rajat Gupta ,he had requested his staff to check it was reformatted , after few ays only it was sent to Dell centre in Noida where they have change the mother board and the CPU fan, as it was working very slowly , not more then a week again it starting given the problem , since it is a new laptop fan automatically start and forcefully need to shut down the system, this complaint have requested thrice to there centre but thay were not able to fix it up. I have requested them that i am suffering and facing so many problems so costly laptop with so many functions but work very slow. as per the Dell Centre also know that i was in a troble and again n again i use to come , as per them they told me to contact customer care they should replace your sysytem since it is a new sysytem.  i have requested Dell customer care and have given my brief summary of the problems, lady at the counter was very rude and she transfreed the line to techncal staff where i have pleeded and have told my whole story as my tag no says the whole story so they also know that i was in a big trouble.   I have a word with lady Shruti who was saying she is the manager and she is very very sorry for the trouble i am facing and she transfer the line to there staff saying me please give details of your reisidence we will pick the laptop within 10 days. i was on the line more than 45 minutes staff was taking to me and was asking whic h colour you want your laptop checking my address again n again and was saying sorry for the trouble.   I was not knowing that Dell was playing a game with me how can it happen that you give surity to the customers this a cheat and fraud .  After 10 days when i have checked for my system there was no inputs or any complaint or the order of new laptop, please note all the verball talks are recorded on my mobile.  They say that they will try to send the mail to the seniors and will get in touch in the mean while on 16 March 2011 engineer came with the replacement of cpu fan . and infact he have also checked that sysytem was working very slowly he told me that thermostat will change , i dont understand in a new laptop twice mother borad and cpu fan is canged , on what basis is the furtehr delay for the replacing the laptop. why should i get the parts replace on every week and months time.    Ms Shruti have committed that if any thing happen again she will defnetly chnage yoyr laptop, a very next day engineer on 16 Marc 2011. and o n 17 March same problem have occur. Last i have spoken to there Supervisor Mr Vijay, and markeitng Manager Mr Anmol Mathur in gurgaon and have requested to look into this matter and help me out.  I am mentally disturbed and now frustated for this laptop morever with there service, i want to file the case and want to give the article in the news paper , morever i kn ow all the corpoarates as i deal with them i will mark the copy to HCL, LG, SAMSUNG,HAVELLS,SONY,ADOBE other companies too.  Without listening to me i recieved the call from Bangalore Dell centre Soumya lady called up and saying that they will replace the part but will not change the laptop, on what basis and who is the desicison make to not change the laptop  My last option will take legal help from the concern court. as I had already given time as it is in waranty only till September 2012.  Thanks n Regards Basil 9650324396</description>

Now they are refusing to give me a new or better replacement. plz any help will be appreciated.</description>

                 <description>Dear sir, i had purchased a notebook[laptop] model no. HP PAV. DV-6-3019 TU SNO. INAO4005 PJ FROM M/S HP WORLD,B-29/216/1,KOCHAR MARKET,Ludhiana on DATED--20/12/10. On use of the notebook same day of the purchase it was found that 1 USB driver was unserviceable and facts were brought to the notice of the said dealer. On the very next day ,the said dealer advised us to take the notebook to H.P.Service Center,Mandok Bldg,Ludhiana .The defective notebook was delivered to the above said HP Service center on dated 27 Dec 2010 and it was told that the same will be checked within a day and outcome regarding replacement/repair of the notebook will be intimated but to my surprise on regular persuation ,it was intimated after 3 days intimating there is problem in the USB Chord and the same shall be brought from chennai etc. within 3 days.It may be seen that after taken of the defective notebook which was purchased 2/3 days back,has not been delivered till date and no intimation is being given to us by the HP Service center and it shows very poor performance of service after sale.  2) It is requested that the defective notebook be replaced imediately since the same has not been used by the customer even for 2 days although spending a heavy price and that gives a very wrong message of ur reputed company to the customer.  Regards  Deepanshi Kumar  c/o Pradeep Kumar  Garrison Engineer  Near Jagraon Bridge  LUDHIANA (PUNJAB )  Mob. She faced some problem after guarantee period and went to authorized servive centre at Vashi Plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. For 3 consecutive days there was no feedback from the centre on telephonic conversation and she then collected back her lap top. But it was noticed that battery was changed as she had noted the battery product number and subsequently original battery was given. She got laptop checked by computer technician and he changed RAM saying that it is not original and it was working for sometime. Again now laptop can not be switched on and the same technician checked and said that Mother Board is defective. Now it is sure that the Service Centre has changed all original Parts. Repairs are amouting huge. Please advice.</description>

I was told by the shop from where I purchased my laptop that the internet connection of TATA photon Plus was free with it for 1 mnth. I was not informed about the whereabouts of what or upto what capacity it was free and if ibspite of it being free , any minimum paymnt was required. However after the passage of 1 mnth when i saw that my connection was being continued, I was curious to know why the free time period had been expanded or the details of my connection. When I called up the laptop shop from where at the time of purchase, the connection was given I was informed that my Connection was being contiued as because I was already put onto a 799 rental plan with a credit limit of Rs 2500 had been assigned to my number. I was shocked as nothing was informed to me about this.  Since I was interested in a prepaid Photon Plus connection, I wanted to know why I had not been informed of this and why any information about which plan I should be in was not given to me. I did not even have knowledge about the various postpaid plans available.I also went to TATA teleservice hub (main shop) in Park street kolkata and spoke of my grievance to the manager of the shop. After hearing my complaint , he said that I had signed a CAF(Customer application form) giving consent to TATA Teleservices that I be offered a postpaid connection under Photon Plus. But since nothing iof that had happened I demanded on seeing the signature on the CAF which had my consent signature. They showed it to me and i saw that it was a signature done in my name by someone else. I myself had not signed it or had any knowledge of it. The Manager of the shop made further enquiries on learning that I had not signed the CAF and that the sign had been faked by someone else. He came to know that my sign on the CAF form had been faked by someone in his sales team to make the sell of that Photon plus Connection. On knowing this I requested that necessary action be takren in this matter or else full paymnt could not be made by me as the usage charge by then had already been levied on my number. The Mangaer promised to look into the matter but nothing happened and instead I was asked to make a paymnt of Rs 2942 without any kind of settlement, adjustment etc. On 22nd dec 2010, I further received a letter at my postal address sent by an Advocate demanding paymnt of the same Outstanding amt of Rs 2492, and with a threat that it may lead me into legal proceedings, in the event of non paymnt of the above mentioned amount within 7 days. No action whatsoever has been taken by now for my complaint of having cheated me to forcefully take a postpaid Photon Plus internet connection and having faked my signature also on the CAF for which I had no prior information. No necessary action for such fradulent activity by such a reputed Company as TATA teleservices has been taken so far and on top of that I am being forced to make the entire outstanding amount a pymnnt of Rs 2942. I could have checked my usage on my internet account had i known what type of connecton or what postpaid plan I was using but TATA teleservices did not for once think it necessary to inform me as a customrer of the same.  I beg, that necessary action in this matter be taken for me being cheated at the hands of TATA Teleservices Ltd , so that a similar kind of harassment and fraud does not happen with anybody else.                  <description>  This is with ref no: DGRS2BS… Quote no.25141836,, customer no.791161713 As per the commitment of your sales executive Mr Rajdeep Sarkar for  The above given service number, service and replacement of specific part was not provided in time.   It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me since payment was done long time back (Friday 26th November)  I was committed that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days from day of payment. Initially your sales executive used to call up frequently to make payments, but after payment was done everyone disappeared. There was no response to my calls and neither your service manager helped to salvage the problem  I was told on 3rd afternoon that a service engineer will come by evening 8 pm n get things done.. But no one came to resolve the issue. The person carrying the laptop had to fly back to London that night itself Your service engineer came on 4th(Saturday) noon and did the necessary changes.  There is no point paying a sum of money to your company for causing so much inconvenience . Your sales executive’s r just behind completing their sales targets by giving false commitments  If you cannot keep your service, please don’t get into business. I was sure that the service here is so pathetic; nobody will entertain your warranty abroad (international) as well Now I have managed to send the same Laptop to the person in London., but again same problem.. It has stopped working.. now calling the dell center they ask for service charge there in pounds which come up to the same amount i have paid here ... fortunately one of my friend flying back from London has bought back the Laptop here ... I feel very annoyed and unfortunate to be associated with DELL </description>
