not in working order
I have purchased Dell inspirion 1564 Laptop and its on warranty period.My laptop is suddely got off now it is not in workin properly. and now i m facing problem. So please troubleshoot my problem as soon as possible.

Not satisfied with SONY service
After continue follow-up with Sony service center we cant get my laptop.
We buy one laptop on 07/05/2010 from Gurgaon against no. 232, last Saturday (i.e. 07/08/2010) suddenly system got hanged and got shutdown. After restarting the system not responding

About his speed and battery backup problem
Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased Dell laptop model no. Dell vostro 1015 on 27/07/2010 .In the begning i.e two or three days , no any problem has been found ,but after five days laptop work very slow and also very poor battery backup i.e 30 minutes in normal use .

DISK DRIVE & USB PORT are not working.
Dear Sir,
1)The CD Drive is not working at all. A window is opening that to insert a disk though there is a disk inserted.
2)USB Port is also not working properly. It is automatically disconnecting in the middle of the work.

1) Big companies like CROMA retail, India having no hold on outsourcing customer service providers, so better to not purchase products of CROMA retail, India as they give or charge for warranty / extended warranty but can’t able to manage after sales service by believing outsourcers ... |
