WELCOME TO THE MITRC, ALWAR
R u Going to Join MITRC or r u thinking for that, read it first and decide yourself-----
Salient Features:
1. HERE the job stability is only for one year, if it increases it may be a bonus for you.
2. You r like use and throw thing for management.
3. Give attraction by high salary but hurt the EGOS Time 2 time.

Stage 1………
A) U have to face an interview by HOD.
B) After that you have to face a demo , either u have 20 -25 years exp.
C) Demo features--
There is no. of demos held in this college day to day and no. of persons come to attend here from most reputed colleges like IIT, NIT’s and Govt. colleges but there is no. of times bargaining for salary means there is no standard, rules regulations and criteria for a person. There is no importance of Director and Deans and all dignitaries in this college.
4. Always faculties have to say for no dues without any reason and prior notice. Here is also drawback to take feedback of faculties in every week from the students who has not taken a single class.

5. Management structure is very-2 poor in this college in spite of owner all the time.
6. There is not defined any salary structure. Junior and least experience person taking more salary than seniors and experienced only just because of bargaining at joining time.
7. There are no defined working criteria for employees.
8. No. of persons came from very far places just for a single hope but demos not taken due to the partiality. This is the college which takes one month salary as an advance (by cash or cheque with original documents for security purpose).
9. In case of leaving college you have to give it as gift or donate one month salary with your advanced.
10. YOU HAVE TO TEACH 120 STUDENTS IN A CLASS .

If you are thinking all the above is rubbish or fake then

.Come, give demo and feel all these personally and enjoy a different type institute. NOW ASK YOUSELF-
MITRC – “AM I TRYING TO RUIN THE CAREER”

Sahi kaha sabhi ne bilkul,
ye institute nahi balki shop h jahan dusri jagah se aap job se hath dho denge then ye college to pakka apko 1 saal baad nikalega hi wo bhi koi na koi iljam k sath chahe jitna accha aapka feedback ho...

Last year , u can't imagine, more than 30 faculties have been fired without any notice or information.

U are coming here after enjoying your 15 days summer leave then u got a call from HR deptt. (Gargi Sharma)
sir please make a no dues, we can't continue you now more...

what's all this rubbish... cheap mentality....
so please request to all of you, if you are seeking a respectfully and stable job and don't want to ruin your future than don't look here for betterment.

Wow!!! kitna sahi likha h, jisne bhi awaz uthayi h main uske sath hun...

MITRC college bas naam ka h waise yahan employee ko ye log itna pareshan karte h ki bas kuch mat punchon, aap par cctv camera all time monitor karega, lecture k beech m aapko kab bula liya jaye kuch nahi pata... Notes ka to sabse bada panga h, every week students se feedback, teaching diary 4-5 logon se examine karayi jati h. kuch bhi rah gya to bas boss aapki to lag gyi samjho...

Yahan to bas Sudhanshu Arya (EC, HOD, 2007 pass out, only B.Tech inspite of four Very Sr. faculties having 11-12 years experiance, M.Tech, Phd.) hi superman h.

or to or superman ki superwife bhi yahin h jabki uska feedback har saal bahut bekar jata h.. Students written m compliant dete h fir bhi kuch nhi hota...

aakhir hoga bhi kyun Gagri jo feedback leti h turant nigal jo jati h or sari report management se pahle superman k pass pahunch jati h....

Kya yahan bhi koi superman-2 aayega...

R u superman-2 then please join it, it's only for u people....

Gargi ki gagri bhi jaldi hi phutegi bhai.....

pani sar se upar ho gya h, is baar to MITRC ka market bhi khatam ho gya..

Shudhanshu ne beda gark kar diya college ka....

Bahut jyada jarurat se bhi jyada dimag lagata h bas apni bachaye rakhne k liye....

Iske bhi din aa hi gye samjho...

Aagajh shuru ho chuka h...

MITRC IS ALWAYS BEST.

ye aap logo ki frustration hai jo aap MITRC ke bare me negative boll rahen hain. aap sabhi ko free ke khane ki aadat hai, aap log kahin kamm nahi kar sakte bas system ke khilaf bakwas hi karoge isliye MITRC ke bare me negative bol rahen hai.
