Supply of defective car tyres repeatadely
Defective tyres were supplied with my new Santro car.they did not accept mfg.defect for all four nos but with some discount they replaced 2 tyres .balance 2 I bought on same day from their autho.dealer.Unfortunately same manufacturing defect was again observed in one of new tyres within no time .MRF Ltd.fv9 did replaced the same with some charge.I am now concerned for earlier two tyres which were replaced by me paying 100 % to their dealer.I need justice to get back the cash I paid to the dealerwith due interest.I have sent letter & reminder on 4-8-10,1-12-10 and2-4-10 to MRF but there is no response.Inv#423569170-1 dt4-1-10 & 42583510 of 17-5-10 of branch-711.Once a telephone was received from local branch but the officer was adamant to hear to customer and was trying to prove me wrong. I request being a loyal customer since last 30 years, the company of highest caliber in market should send me a DD for the basic amount and interest for the period lapsed
