Poor service and false promises
They are no professionals, don't even have proper security systems nor a team to take care of it. After purchasing service you call them on their mentioned phone no. they never respond or show a courtesy to show any care to resolve the client's problem. I had purchased web hosting service 1yr went OK. Next year upgraded my package. Within 3 months I find my account suspended. Reason unknown. They only tell me my website used a lot of their server's RAM. They knew my website was a HTML coded website with wordpress running with it. They were not able to explain the suspension. The account was unsuspended after several requests and explanations. I figured out that it was most probably due to spam bots crawling the server i.e a huge security breach. We made several changes to our website code and modules. Until we found the website suspended after a month. Reason unknown. No warning, nothing, the straight forwarded answer was my account has been now terminated for lifetime.
I had a really bad experience with this company, would request to do more research for a shared hosting company and not just going after the words on the website or the cheap prices quoted. Because one time suspension of your web hosting account takes you 6 months behind in search engine rankings. |
