Neglecting Customers & Non availability of Test Drive Car.
Dear Sir,
I'm planning to buy Maruti Suzuki Ritz. Today I went to the Auth.Dearler M/s Rukmani Motors, Indore. The sales person was least interested in showing as the vehicle. We adjusted it. Then we requested him for the Test Drive for Ritz(Diesel version).
The answer we got: We don't have the Test Drive vehicle and we cannot provide the test drive. And we also don't have any customers vehicle for service on which we can provide you the Test Drive.
Sir, kindly explain me that is the Dealer forced by the co. to not provide the test drive?
Secondly, Is the dearler is authorised to use the vehicle of any customer for test drive purpose.
Kindly look on the matter and obliged.
