I immediately brought this to the notice of the customer care (phone 011-30308282) and a complaint No. 8442561700 was allotted. I was asked to visit the service centre and provided the contact Nos of following service centres as these were falling of my route yesterday. Mr. Shabbir Alam (Ph 9560428261) Lajpat Nagar Mr. Ranjeet Singh (Ph 9810037993) Noida I attempted these Nos several times every time the phone line was disconnected (remember it never showed busy tone). I again called the customer care (Ph 011-30308282) and my call was transferred to some senior in the technical Department. I admit that I was slightly hyper this time as my phone was hanged and I was using my driver’s hand set. I went to the service centre at Mahavir Enclave L -1 (Cell Net) to get the resolution of the problem in the hand set. I appraised the service centre to replace the set as I was assured the same by the technical Department of Samsung yesterday and that it was company policy because the set is new. I was denied vehemently by the service centre personnel. I requested the service centre to provide me some kind of proof that I have visited the service centre for future reference. I was denied this also. On intervention of my wife, the owner of the service centre Ms. Sonia asked my wife to shut up and asked her to go to hell. Moreover she called the police also. I called the customer care and Mr. Surjeet connected me to Mr. Rahul Pandey, the so called in charge of the service centres. Rather than listening to our grievances he started accusing us in boorish and abject fashion. I have never come across this situation during my 25 years professional career and humiliated like this.                  <description>I brought Nokia E 72(Metal cover) in April 2011 and since my purchase I am facing some problem or other. From the very next moment of my purchase I faced problem of heating of the handset then I approached the service centre shot out the issue.They have replaced my battery and updated some software which resolved the issue for some time.  But again the problem has started the phone is getting heated up by 30 - 40 degrees(approx) and the battery is getting drained within couple of minutes. I have replaced the battery thinking the battery life has expired but still the heating problem and battery discharge issue remains.  I have even updated the software but that has got no effect. Am not sure if there is any solution to this problem. My whole experience of using NOkia product - Nokia`s support is very poor and the products are not well tested. they have issues of hanging up and heating . If any one has has any solution please provide, it will help in fixing up the my handset.</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir/Madam,    I have a lava b8 IMEI No. 910549500240754 which i had purchased from Sankat Mochan Mobiles on 25/03/2011 from Sriram Tower Ashok Marg Lucknow. from Past some days i was facing some network issue in mobile so i went to lava service center C-4 LDA Complex Vivek Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow- Ph. 05224011511, 9506990000 on 09/03/2012 and they told me some prob with my Phone's PFC for that i have to submit my handset for repairing. I did the same &amp; taken receipt of the same because phone was in warranty period. Yesterday 26/03/2012 i called them and they said me your phone has been repaired please collect it but they were returning some other scratched and laminated phone which was not mine. I said the same but they are not ready to admit it. I have receipt mentioning condition of handset where all tick marked on NO. So i didn't accepted the same and ask for raising complain they given me some Mr. Pushpendra's No. Technical Engineer 07607778942 but he is not picking phone it is total fraud going on here no honesty......It is very bad experience with Lava mobile.    Request you to kindly do the needful &amp; take favourable action against them.   Thanks,   Anuj Kr.                  <title>Not getting warranty facility</title>

                 <description>Hi,  I have a Nokia N97 mini handset. The vibration of the handset is not working. I went to the Nokia Care, Dimapur, Nagaland and submitted the phone today (19.03.2012) describing my problem. They told me that the vibrator has been damaged and not repairable at their level. I told them that it is within the warranty period and if it’s not repairable at their end, then it can be send to the company for repairing. After verifying warranty validity of my handset they told me that I cannot get the warranty because it is going to expire tomorrow (20.03.2012). When I asked why it is so, they told me that if they send the handset to the company it would take two to three days to reach there and my warranty is valid only upto tomorrow (20.13.2012).   Now I have some queries: 1.	Can I avail the warranty facility if I go personally to the company positively by tomorrow? If I have to do so, then please tell me what is the need of opening Nokia Cares in different locations across the cities? 2.
