Refused to give sales letter
Sir,I have won a Motor cycle from a weekly lottery organised by Buddha Vihara Society. Although i got the motor cycle but it was without a sales letter.The society gave me the Cash Memo which was fully paid. But when i went to the Dealer for sales letter, they put me a condition that , i must take insurance as well as registration from them. I told them i am from other state but they insist that they will not give. Lastly i have to pay the insurance as well as registration fees.They registered in the name of the Society but not in the name of the winner. for that i have to went there three times. Now i have tyo change the name as well as registration No as it was of other state. The name of the dealer is Assam Motors, Tinsukia Assam. |
