                 <description>They are real cheaters. If you want to save your money then plz dont buy any bike from them. They demand more money compared to other delears. Thank god I saved and didnt buy the bike from them but they have taken my cheque and not returning it to me and charging 250 Rs for petrol as their peron had gone to collect money from the bank and on right time i told the bank not to debit the amount. And now he is not returning the cheque and said if I pay 250 Rs only then I would get my cheque back.</description>

                 <description>Hi,  One of the dealer of Hero Moto Corp cheated me. A booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- was paid in cash on 28th December, 2011 but even after a month no delivery was made. On the contrary, the full amount was asked for in order for the delivery to be made. On 21st February, I paid the full amount i.e Rs. 76,100/- in cash for a Hunk with double disk and was assured of delivery within another 3 days. This period was extended by another 3 days.On enquiring after this given period, I found that the showroom had been shut down and no phone calls were being received.  On contacting the Chennai Area Sales Manager, Mr. Kiran Kumar I was informed that it takes hardly 3 days to deliver a Hunk bike in Chennai. After he made a call to the dealer, I was told that the bike will be delivered the next day but the same story was repeated all over again and I am still waiting for the bike to be delivered.  I was finally given a cheque for Rs. 76,100/- towards the refund of my money in March but the same bounced and led to Rs. 336/- being charged by the bank, thus bringing my total loss to Rs. 76,436/- Thereafter, I approached both the dealer and the company innumerable times but neither has the bike ordered for been delivered nor has my money been refunded.   </description>

                 <description>TO WHOM EVER IT MAY CONCERN.PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.I AM THE OWNER OF TVS APACHE CHASSIS NO.MD634KE40A2K18091,ENGINE NO.OE4KA2184750,I PURCHASED MY APACHE ON OCTOBER 2010 FROM VISHAL TVS GANESH NAGAR HYDERABAD.FROM THE DATE ONE ONWARDS I AM FACING NOISE FROM FRONT FORK ON ROUGH ROADS TAK..TAK..TAK..,SO NEXT DAY I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THE VISHAL SERVICE CENTER ONE PERSON AFTER TAKING ROAD TEST SAID THAT WE WILL SOLVE IN THE FIRST SERVICE,AFTER COMPLETION OF FIRST SERVICE ALSO PROBLEM REPEATED SAME,AGAIN GIVEN VEHICLE FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT TWO TIMES AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I GOT IRRITATED WITH THIS NOISE AND I TOOK TO SUSHEEL TVS MOOSAPET HYDERABAD FOR SECOND SERVICE AND I GIVEN THE NOISE COMPLAINT.AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THEY SAID THAT NOISE IS RECTIFIED,BUT THEY DID NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND I WAS GIVEN VEHICLE BACK AFTER THE FEEDBACK CALL,THEN THEY SAID THAT WE HAVE TO REPLACE FORK PISTONS AND THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE,AFTER ONE WEEK THEY RECEIVED PARTS WHICH ARE ORDERED AND REPLACED PISTONS OF MY BIKE,WITH THIS PROBLEM IS RECTIFIED AND NOISE ON ROUGH ROADS WHICH IS COMING IS RECTIFIED BUT WHEN EVER I AM GOING ON SMALL STEP LIKE LIKE THING OR ON SPEEDBRAKER AT 10KMPH TO 15KMPH SPEED A SHOCK IS TRANSFERED TO MY HANDS BY MAKING DHAK.. TYKE OF NOISE THEN I TOOK VEHICLE AGAIN TO SUSHEEL TVS SERVICE CENTER THEIR A TECHNICIAN NAMED KALYAN SAID THAT MORE THAN REQUIRED OIL TOP UP DONE IN THE CYLINDERS BECAUSE OF WHICH PISTON IS NOT GETTING RECIPROCATED AND DOES NOT ABSORBING THE SHOCK.AFTER THIS AGAIN THE TAK TAK NOISE ON ROUGH STARTED AND WHILE APPLYING BRAKE DISC HANDLE IS SLIDING TOWARDS FRONT AND I WAS GIVEN FOR THIRD,FOURTH AND FIFTH SERVICE WITH SAME COMPLAINT THEY DID NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM.AFTER FEED BACK CALL FROM SUSHEEL TVS I WAS GIVEN VEHICLE FOR THAT COMPLAINT.HERE THEY TIGHTENED THE HANDLE AND GIVEN VEHICLE BACK TO ME BECAUSE OF WHICH WHENEVER I AM TAKING A TURN I FEEL HARD TO STEER.                  <description>Dear Sir/Madam,    My name is Grandhi Anil Kumar, from Guntur District, Chilakaluripet, A.P., I am using GS 150R from Decenmber 2010, Engine Number G423-143081.  from starting onwards I have getting somany problems with this bike. like Gear to Gear Gap, Low mileage (30KMPL) and no pickup. from starting onwards I was facing so many problems because that showroom service engineers. for 16000 kilo meters i got head complaint. when i am giving for 2nd service the service engineers are not fix the back wheel properly... when i was riding on my bike it was completely damaged. for that damage there is no responsible from the show room side.   I have recieved my bike on Dec2010.  1. Low Mileage 2. Low Pickup 3. Worst servicing  4. No Responsibility 5. Not having specified spare parts.    please check this bike servicing list from starting onwards.. how many times, how many spare parts are changed to this bike with in one year.   for 16000 kilo meters I got Head Complaint.. and it was already in the bore postion.   How Should I Maintain this bike and how can I prefer this bike to others.   PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM AND RECTIFY THIS PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.</description>

They told me that its needs to replace but doent have parts currently. they keep telling the same since 2 month and my bike is standing at my parking area since 2 month. May i know tha why you sell the bike if you doesnt have part for repair. I have spent so much money in rickshaw for travelling due to bike issue and can't bear further. I need my solution ASAP. I told them i am from other state but they insist that they will not give. Lastly i have to pay the insurance as well as registration fees.They registered in the name of the Society but not in the name of the winner. for that i have to went there three times. Now i have tyo change the name as well as registration No as it was of other state. The name of the dealer is Assam Motors, Tinsukia Assam.</description>

Least bothered people and never to purchase or approach them.   I purchased two honda activa and one of them found to having battery problem within first 7 days.The battery replaced by Saipoint after 15 days as they did stock it!!!??? The repplaced battery is also found to be faulty. The first service experience was worse than ever.The guys work there gives a feeling of a Govt offices. No commitment, proper gesture, approach, dedication, surety of work, attention to customer.....</description>

KS/005808) they hv. changed 64 parts it was doing fine  on 7.10.11 , it was given problem in start  as per discussion with their office staff again i hv. taken my scooter in their workshop &amp; they hv. charged Rs 596.00( bill no. KS/006426, job no. 11JC06079) dt. 8.10.11 yesterday when i am going to Andheri from my residence ( Malwani church) Malad for some urgent work , it was stopped in the huge traffic at Mirchchouki Shignal at 9.30 pm i am unable to start kick as well as self then i hv. called my personal Mechanics &amp; he brought the scooter in my residence today he has rectified it there was problem in the setting ( taking by only Rs. 150.00), which their person unable to do . i heard that they hv. only Trainee mechincs  it is the service to give trouble the customer on the road, when he wants to spend money ? i hv. lost faith on their service, it was my first visit to their workshop also it will be my last visit  pl. give good service to the customer , so that he should not suffer it was my duty to aware the inocent customers  rgds, U.R.Bhattacharya   </description>

                 <description>hello i am apoorva upadhyay,I BOUGHT HONDA ACTIVA NEW FROM "SAHIL HONDA,NEAR 4TH BRIDGE,NAPIER TOWN,JABALPUR-482001(M.P.)" i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water or acid) is dropping through day &amp; night from this, our floor and the paint is distroyed(vanished) of front part of scooter and because of this a hole is made in the front matel part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery THOUGH IT IS IN IT'S WARRANTY PERIOD. is these are honda's custmor services? after sometime an employee named vijayandra gupta looked after my problem and said that after 1 week new dry batteries will come to their shop for replacement and will inform me but didn't do so,i called him then he said 1 week more then once after that week i went there shop he again replied that 1 week more for reaching the batteries for replacement . Mr.chitpal singh &amp; mr. joseph &amp; Mr.prashant dwivedi(sales executive) also have acknowledgement about my battery problem and once i asked about this from owner of the shop.After that week i called couple of times to mr. vijayendra gupta his mobile is switch off , after calling to helpline i come to know that he resigned(left) his job and i am again in the initial situation. i again went to that shop everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused and Mr.prashant dwivedi's mobile is also always busy that i couldn'n make call.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT.                  <description>I had purchased bullet standard 350cc bike from SS MOTORS kannur on 2/8/2010.during the last free service time i mentioned missing problem in service file.after service again the same complaint occured.when i inform this to ss motors they told me that the problem is due to ignition switch complaint and also they told that the switch is not readily available so wait for one week.and during dis period because of this switch complaint short cut developed and my CDI(an electrical element in the tool box worth of rs.1100)got worn out.  after this incident i gave my bike for repair in ss motors and told them to change the worn out element.and today(17/09/2011) as per their instruction i went their to receive my bike.that time they told me to pay the bill of the CDI and also told that new switch assembly will get only after one more week. i told that "i mentioned the complaint during my free service time but you dint solve the problem. its not my mistake so i will not pay."  Iam really got cheated from the above dealer.My bike is still with the dealer becouse of not paying the money of worn out element. pls go through my problems and help me to solve the issue.as they told if am using the new cdi with complaint switch who will pay for me if it again got problem.I contacted some of the SS MOTORS KANNUR customers in that i came to know dat they are also unsatisfied with this dealer.the dealer is not worried about customers problem and not taking any seriousness.     consult my problem and help me as soon as possible    ajesh k  Ph no:09028457342  </description>

Here am sharing my experience, from day 1 tyre air reducing, 2. battery down for 2 timeskick also not working. mileage below 30kmpl only. No 1 worste vehicle.I have raised till zonal office but there is no response. I am going to consumer court. 2 times I have pushed my vehicle by hand around 1/2 an hour since it is not starting. now more than 10 days show room only for service. Please take care of this. I am going to release this into press also</description>

After Every Service I face the problem with the Chain. It Makes huge sound during the Gear change. I have visited the Service Workshop &amp; tightened the Chain. But the problem is been not sorted out. I Have clear doubt that The Entire Chain Sprocket unit has to be Replaced.  I have already informed the Dealer about the same &amp; he has promised that he will do the needful. I shall visit the Dealer this week for the same. One more Query is that the Extra Amount Taken for Accessories During the Purchase is of not good Quality. The Helmet is Worn Out from Inside. When HERO HONDA is Forcibly Asking to pay the Customer for Accessories, Why dont they Provide the same with good Quality? Suresh at chennai. This is to bring to your kind notice that, I was much impressed in Apachi RTR 160 and I bought a bike from MARUTHI MOTORS, West Mambalam, Chennai. I request your valuable time to read my following product complaint which I am encountering from the day of my purchase. The bike was delivered to me on 19th Aug-10. There was no problem in the product till my 2nd service. Once the 3rd service was completed in Feb-2011, it is observed that the rear wheel is getting wobbled while driving. The defect was shown to the service personnel of M/S Maruthi Motors and even to TVS Motors service personnel.  I got the following corrective actions towards my complaint Front tyre got changed by M/S Srichakra team and there is no problem immediately. After a month, I again faced the same issue and I got corrected by Rear wheel rim replacement during 4th service.  Immediate after 10 days, the problem was again observed while driving. Then the dealer himself made some temporary correction on wheel alignment and unfortunately, the defect was not killed.  Presently I left my vehicle at the dealer end on 7.7.11 for correction.But after correction also problem no at all resolved.  Thanks &amp; Regards  E.Suresh </description>

                 <description>I have bought a the TVS WEGO Scooter on October 29th, 2010 and serviced frequently within the time limit specified in service booklet. Before second service the battery become low condition and the complaint already entered in the dealers service slip. It was done at 28/01/2011. But the dealer saying that the all wego shows the same battery complaints and all will be replaced by the company soon. The battery has 1 year warranty given by the company. But till date they are saying the same words, and also the company Area Office at Cochin replied the same. 3 months passed away and the complaint is exciting. They are very irresponsibly replying now. I am very desperate with their scooter because......new model.... kicking like old scooter. I advise everybody who are interesting in the TVS Wego, please not prefer it because their service &amp; responsibility are very poor for their product.</description>

                 <title>Inferior After Sale Service by TVS Authorised Service Centre</title>

                 <description>Respected Sir,  1.	I purchased my bike TVS Apache RTR 160 bearing Regn. No. DL 4S BL 3830, chassis No 31205 (Engine No 32577) from SK Traders, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in first week of November, 2008 and have continuously been getting servicing/repairs from time to time as and when due from SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 (authorized TVS service station) but I am sorry to say that I have never been satisfied with the service/repairs of bike so done by the said service centre. Every time they used to leave one or the other fault pending with the excuse," the particular part is not available at the moment, come some time later for the same, it will get set automatically within few day or so, it cannot be adjusted/set right at the workshop, get it done at your own locally etc." I also suspect that the staff at workshop is also using second hand spares which look like new and charging for new. They also transfer parts from one bike to the other and charge stealthily from the one customer and putting the other in embarrassment by compelling him to get the spare changed.  2.	As and when a feed back was asked for from me telephonically by TVS customer care/service station for the “Service Satisfaction". I always replied in negative being poorest one after sale service and in reply I often hear, "Sir, please visit the service station with your bike , we will get the needful done". But when I visited again, wasted the whole day for a small thing and even finally came out dissatisfied. Last time I got my bike serviced from the said service centre on 03.02.11 vide Job Card No 8180, bill No 5715 dt 03.02.11 for Rs 535 + 450. Service Centre left pending washing and some nuts with the excuse pump was not working and the same was done after 4-5 days.  3.	On 16.02.11 suddenly bike jammed and problem to pick up speed occurred. We took the bike to service centre on 17.02.11 and was there for two days without any worth. Again Bill No 6181 (Job Card No 12595) dt 18.02.11 for Rs 687.00 was paid towards the cost of spares so replaced. Within a 1 ½ hour or so of the delivery, my bike lost its pressure again and my son ended up pulling the bike all the way down from a place near Moti Bagh to Naraina (my residence).  4.	Mr Gopal in service centre was narrated the whole problem telephonically on 20.02.11 and in turn he asked to bring the bike to service station. On 24.02.11 my son once again took the vehicle to service station where the mechanic repaired the defects to the best of his knowledge and ensured that there won't be any problem thereafter. But on 26.02.11, I found that the problem stood as it was. Mr Sharma at service centre was informed of the problem on 28.02.11 at 10.20 AM who in turn again asked to take the bike to service station. Being committed whole week, on 06.03.11 (Sunday) I took the bike myself to service centre and wasted the whole day though I had informed Mr Amar Nath before going to the service centre. The mechanic changed accelerator wire costing Rs 161/- and made some adjustments in the bike. Mr Amar Nath took a drive test confirmed okay, asked me to take drive test also. I told the mechanic that some sound is still there who in turn informed that it is a normal and not a problematic one. Mr Giri was also informed of the story. It was again giving problem in self starting at one touch and ceasing in Gear even when the clutch was pressed even. Mr Amar Nath was informed telephonically on 08.03.11 at around 11.00 AM. Again the standing answer " Gadi le ke aao, dekhe gyen". It was the fifth visit to service centre within a month. During the prior services ie. in August / October 2010, the problem of missing and heaviness in running just after crossing 50 kmph speed was brought to the notice of Mr Amarnath of SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri from time to time. My son was very politely told by Mr. Amarnath (workshop supervisor of SK TVS) "Sir abhi to apki gadi warranty mein hai aur bahut hi bhadiya condition mein hai aap chinta na karein warranty khatam hone dijiye phir hum apne aap hi apki kahani bana denge". My son ended up going to the service center Mayapuri again in order to get it checked and again some kind of Indian jugaad was done with the bike which ended up getting it started and he was told that it would be fine and it had not even a completed a month and still facing the same issues with the bike.  5.	At 2230 PM Apr 22, 2011 the bike lost its pressure again when my son was on his way to Gurgaon from Delhi nearby Rajokri and he ended up pulling the bike again from Rajokri all the way approx. 8 kms to his office. He rang up me at around 2400 hrs mid night or so and informed of the situation. I was so annoyed that my temper and frustration new no bounds for inferior TVS products and the poorest after sale service by the so authorized service centers as such. Alas! I could vanish TVS for ever from this universe. I instructed him to park the bike road side, finding some suitable parking and proceed further to his office. Since he could not find any parking, he had to pull the bike up to his office. He marked an email to TVS, resulting my son got call from Mr Sanjay Yadav, ASM TVS Motors Co. Delhi in the morning apologizing for the mis-happenings and ensured all possible help. We had a sigh of relief thinking that TVS Motors Co. is really serious about its customers and would definitely take some immediate appropriate action against the Mayapuri Service Centre and we would be compensated suitably to our best satisfaction for all the harassment, wastage of time, fuel and energy due to fault no one else except SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64.  6.	But all of this was a worthless as the mechanic from Bulland Motors Gurgaon (another Service center of TVS) came around 3.30 in the afternoon on 23 Apr 2011 and took the bike to their Service Center at Prem Nagar, Gurgaon. I was told by the mechanics that the piston is broken, cause of the reason was that the engine oil was almost dried out and that cannot happen if the service has been done in the 3rd week of February 2011 and the bike had just run around a 1500 kms approximately. Thus an estimated cost of repairing was given to Rs 9856.00 by Bulland Motors 407/1, Prem Nagar, Opp. Shivaji Nagar, Gurgaon (Hr.). Attached as an annexure for ready reference.   7.	We demanded replacement of bike with new one, in addition to suitable compensation to our best satisfaction for all the harassment, wastage of time, fuel and energy due to fault no one else except SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 who led the bike to the present worst state. Mr Sanjay Yadav, ASM was also advised to penalize to Mr Amarnath, Supervisor and the mechanics of SK Traders / SK Traders for all the misdeed which took place through emails as well as on phone. 8.	But all ended in vain when Mr Sanjay Yadav fatally refused any replacement of bike or repair the same free of cost on the pretext that the bike is out of warranty. He never tried to blame SK Traders/staff who dragged the bike out of warranty period by hook or crook befooling the customer like me. I sent an email on 05.5.11 to Mr Sanjay as under :-  “1.	With reference to our long tele conversation on 28.4.2011. You were requested the following:-  a)	To intimate present status regarding repair of my bike.  b)	Arrange to shift my bike DL 4S BL-3830 Apache 160 RTR from Gurgaon Service Centre to SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A- 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 for necessary repairs under arrangements of SK Traders/ TVS Motor Co. and get necessary repairs done at Mayapuri only, since it is servicing/repairing the same from the date of purchase till date.  c)	To provide me with the email IDs of all higher level officers of TVS Motors Co. as well as SK Traders. I don’t know whether the thing is beyond your powers or you don’t want to utilize your good powers or you are under pressure from S.K Traders or otherwise.   d)	You have been requested repeatedly to penalize / seize the salary of staff concerned of SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A- 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 to make good of the misdeed since they are fully responsible for carelessness due to which the bike is in present state. You have not taken care of the same in the manner, it is should be. Though you have agreed to provide broken part i.e crank assy FOC. I don’t understand as to why such a long list of the estimate has been prepared as mentioned below. What is left in the engine “just an outer cover”, if all these items have become unserviceable. Otherwise this is purely a initial manufacturing fault if you don’t want to blame /penalize staff concerned SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A- 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64. Where as fair wear and tear is concerned I don’t understand if such mis-happening can take place in just after crossing two years only. Whatever it is, problem of missing and heaviness in running just after crossing 50 kmph speed was being brought to the notice of SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri from time to time and the change of parts whatever/wherever advised, were changed. Every time change of statement by Mr Amarnath Pal is quite heartening, and you have faith in him and not on the valuable customer of TVS.   e)	You were also informed that I am ready to wait for the bike for another one week but do the things in the right perspective.  f)	This will tarnish the image of so called TVS Motors Co. in the market for which it is SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A- 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 will be fully responsible and being ASM of TVS Delhi area you appear to be helpless.  g)	This is my last request, you to get the necessary repairs done on Op Immediate basis and arrange to deliver the bike within next two days because I am without bike since 22 April 2011. “   9.	Reply was quite dissatisfied. He, however, as a very very special case showed mercy to replace the crank shaft free of cost.    10.	From the above it can be seen as to how grieved customer (an Army man) I am ! I humbly request to the authorities concerned to bring the following to book please :-  (a)	SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A- 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 – for showing quite carelessness in servicing /repairing the bike.  (b)	Mr Sanjay Yadav, ASM TVS Motors Co. Delhi Area – for showing quite irresponsibility towards the valuable customer.  c)	TVS Motors Co. – for appointing such irresponsible ASM and agencies like SK Traders, Tilak Nagar New Delhi..  12.	Further I would also like to humbly request the following please :-  (a)	SK Traders/TVS Co. be instructed to replace the bike with new one.  (b)	Your highness will agree that there is no compensation equal to the harassment as faced by me. Its warranty expired in Nov 2010 itself.     On 3rd Feb you have reported for following things  1. Service  2. Oil Change  3. Rear wheel woubling  4. Front Disc Brake calliper screw missing  5. Front Fork (Handle )tight   6. Rear brake shoe replacement  Your vehicle has been attended for all the jobs requested by you except the calliper screws.     While servicing your vehicle it was brought to your notice that drain oil qty is only 500ml . Less oil certainly means that there is a chance of oil consumption by engine due to wear and tear of valves seal or cylinder piston assly or too late service. Things can be clear only after opening valves and cylinder piston assly of the engine. You had told them to do only above mentioned requested jobs.     You have mentioned that oil could not have replaced is not possible as without oil vehicle canot run even for 5 kms.   Regarding Disc brake caliper; you were informed about the missing of screw at the time of making job card itself. It is not serviceable part. Hence you were advised to replace as a complete unit.     They have done nothing in your engine that will lead to piston broken or seized. Brake nuts were misplaced by your service centre and it is the responsibility of the workshop to fit the nuts or the complete caliper whatever it is. Because the bike was given for servicing with the nuts fitted.     3. Responsibility for installing pipe with the battery is that of the service centre as the bike is being brought to your service centre for servicing from time to time.   4. Sometime ago when foot brake was hindering kick start even then I was advised to get it done locally as it was not possible at Workshop.     There is always one or the other excuse showing irresponsibility by the service centre staff down from mechanic to the service manager etc and keep charging unnecessary bills one after the other. As to why the mechanic/service manager are not able to note the problems at a glance/at one time and advise the repair/replacement of parts where required accordingly without harassing to the customer and compelling him to keep visiting service centre unnecessarily. The customer should visit to the service centre only for routine service from time to time, until and unless there is unluckily any accidental repair required or so.     You have left the following questions unanswered:-  How the mechanic concerned/service manger is being penalized? How am I going to be compensated?  As to why I should not file a case in the Consumer Court, if not compensated to my satisfaction. No. DL 4S BL 3830, chassis No 31205 (Engine No 32577) from SK Traders, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in first week of November, 2008 and have continuously been getting servicing/repairs from time to time as and when due from SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 (authorized service station) but I am sorry to say that I have never been satisfied with the service/repairs of bike. Every time they used to leave one or the other fault pending with the excuse," the particular part is not available at the moment, come some time later for the same, it will get set automatically within a day or so, it cannot be adjusted/set at the workshop, get it done at your own locally etc." I also suspect that the staff at workshop is also using second hand spares which look like new and charging for new. They also transfer parts from one bike to the other and charge stealthily from the one customer and putting the other in embarrassment by compelling him to get the spare changed. As and when a feed back was asked for from me telephonically by TVS customer care/service station for the service "Satisfaction". I always said " No, I am not satisfied" and in reply I often hear, "Sir, please visit the service station with your bike , we will get the needful done". But when I visit again, waste the whole day for a small thing and even finally come out dissatisfied. Last time I got my bike serviced from the said service centre on 03.02.11vide Job Card No 8180, bill No 5715 dt 03.02.11 for Rs 535 + 450. Service Centre left pending washing and some nuts with the excuse pump was not working and the same was done after 4-5 days. On 16.02.11 suddenly bike jammed and problem to pick up speed occurred. We took the bike to service centre on 17.02.11 and was there for two days without any worth. Again Bill No 6181 (Job Card No 12595) dt 18.02.11 for Rs 687/- was paid. The same day self as well as kick start stopped working en-route while visiting some friend at night and the bike needed to pull for 3-4 kms distance to reach back home. On pushing the bike for quite some time at a slope however the bike started and subsequently it was not self starting at one touch and ceasing in Gear even when the clutch was pressed. Mr Gopal in service centre was narrated the whole problem telephonically on 20.02.11 and in turn he asked to bring the bike to service station. On 24.02.11 my son once again took the vehicle to service station where the mechanic from his side repaired the defect to the best of his knowledge and ensured that there won't be any problem hereafter. But on 26.02.11, I found that the problem stands as it is. Mr Sharma at service centre has been informed of the problem on 28.02.11 at 10.20 AM who in turn again asked to take the bike to service station. On 06.03.11 (Sunday) I took the bike myself to service centre and wasted the whole day though I had informed Mr Amar Nath before going to the service centre. The mechanic changed accelerator wire costing Rs 161/- and made some adjustments in the bike. Mr Amar Nath took a drive test confirmed okay, asked me to take drive test also. I told the mechnic that some sound is still there who in turn informed that it is a normal and not a problematic one. Mr Giri was also informed of the the story. It is again giving problem in self starting at one touch and ceasing in Gear even when the clutch is pressed. Mr Amar Nath has been informed telephonically on 08.03.11 at around 11.00 AM. Again the standing answer " Gadi le ke aao, dekhe gyen". It was the fifth visit to service centre within a month. But tell me but to do ?. From the above, it is clear that the mechanics and staff working in the service centre is not experienced at all and is not trustworthy. As on date, I the following problems still exist:-      1. Frequently missing self start.     2. Vehicle needs alignment.- which has been advised to get done locally as it is not possible at service centre.      3. Front brake nuts are missing since last service.      4. Original rear brake nut not fitted.      5. Body of the bike below / beside the battery is quite rusted for last around one year and nothing has been done by the Service Station in spite of repeated visits but charged for every visit.       Would the authorities concerned would let me know what to do ? Should I leave everything/my daily routine and keep visiting the service centre on daily basis ? As to why the mechanic concerned/supervisor/staff responsible is not penalized? How would you compensate me for the time and petrol wasted by frequent visits to service centre and embarrassment so caused?       I would like to be compensated by replacing the bike with new one by the SK trader/TVS Co.       Kindly do look into the matter and get the needful done. Some policy/orders may be framed and implemented in letter and spirit at service station strictly to avoid embarrassment to the valuable customers.      It is further informed to the TVS Co. that a customer goes for purchase of a TVS bike with very enthusiasm but everything shatters when it comes to the after sale service by the so authorized service centre. TVS Company must have realized decline in demand of TVS bikes in the market. It had not even been 2 hours of the delivery of the bike and my bike lost its pressure again and I ended up pilling that bike all the way down from a place near moti bagh to naraina (my residence).  I ended up going to the the bloody fucking service center of yours again in order to get it checked and again some kind of indian jugaad was done with the bike which ended up getting it started and I was told that it wd be fine and it had not even been a complete month and I am still facing the same issues with the bike.  2230 hrs Apr 22 2011 the bike lost its pressure again when I was on the way to Gurgaon from delhi nearby rajokri and I ended pulling the bike again from rajokri all way approx. 8 kms to my office.  I marked an email to TVS again result of which I started getting calls in the morning stating as if it is a bloody great response as if im a very important customer to TVS and SK traders. But all of this was a simple bullshitting done as I got a mechanic coming to me around 3.30 in the afternoon on 23 apr 2011.and was taken down to Bulland Motors Gurgaon (another Service center Of TVS). I was told by the mechanics that the piston is broke cause of the reason that the engine oil was almost dried out and that cannot happen if the service has been done in the 3rd week of feb 2011 and the bike has just travelled around a 1500 kms approx. Having said that I was given an estimated cost of Rs 9856 for the cost of repairs. My bike has been always serviced on time and the issues which ever have been reported have never been taken care of in a proper manner by the SK TVS. When ever and what ever part replacement I have ever been told has not been denied by me cause its my vehicle and I have bloddy spent my money and my precious time on it and ended up getting just a bloddy disappointment and harassment cause of the performance of the bike cause of the reason it getting serviced on regular basis at SK TVS Mayapuri.  Having said all this I am petty frustrated with the kind of response which I ve got from You and from SK TVS as never ever assuring a quality service.
