                 <title>HP Gas not delivered on time</title>

                 <description>I have booked the HP gas on computerized booking on 29th mar 12 with booking number 216262 with Laxmi Gas Agency Kurla, but till today i.e 11th May 12 i have not got the delivery of the gas. This is not the first time but since last 5-6 times they have not delivered the gas cylinder to us. We have gone there personally over there n got the gas cylinder. The answer given by the Laxmi Agency is that there is shortage or you have not booked the gas, which is the fake excuses by them. Really fed up of the services of the HP dealer Laxmi gas agency. There is no land line number also to contact them in personally.</description>

                 <description>a month ago, a client from ilkley, leeds ordered some fast food products like cardboard packaging and polystyrene cups for her fish and chips shop she believes to be iranian and doesn't speak english at all, she ordered the items from our online website when she received the products, and reported to our company that the packaging is damaged, however before any delivery is sent the items are checked carefully and is also sealed with fragile stickers. she had made a false complaint just to get a refund. she had chosen to pay on delivery and she tried to abuse the delivery man so she doesn't pay for the items.  i have the email below she ordered the products: avinp@hotmail.com</description>

                 <title>Dreadful Service from Global India Packers and Movers - Gurgaon</title>

                 <description>I had transported home goods from Gurgaon to Nasik through Global India Packers and Movers on 16th Sep. I was told by Mr Choudhary (9310006749) - the man who got in touch with for the quotation etc. that the goods would arrive in Nasik on 20th Sep. On 20th Sep - I called to get the status of the goods and was told by Mr Choudhary that he will call back but her never did. In the night, I got a call from the driver saying that they have reached Nasik and will get the goods the next day in the morning. The next day I waited till afternoon but no update. I called the driver and his phone was switched off. Mr Choudhary had no idea of what was happening - again he said he will call back - no update. I had given a post dated cheque for 21 Sep of Rs. 37,700 (approx.) which was cashed the same day. I asked Mr Choudhray why was the cheque presented when I had clearly stated that the money should be taken after the goods have arrived - he did not answer and made it a complete joke. He never called me to give any update - finally I got to know that the truck broke down and we will have to wait till another truck could reach and collect the goods. Again each day I was told that the goods would arrive the next day 0 but it did not and all this while not even one update was given by Mr Choudhray proactively – I had to follow up for everything! I was told that I would be paid Rs. 500 for per day for the delay – the goods finally arrived on 25 the Sep. When the goods arrived – a lot of things were damaged: 1)	Glass Table 2)	Washing Machine Lid 3)	Legs of 3 wooden beds 4)	Baby wooden cradle 5)	Plasma TV – a line on the TV When I called Mr Choudhary again – he did not answer but a man called Rajiv. He introduced himself as the Chief or something and showed a lot of compassion to my complaint. He assured me that he will take care of everything – as we also had taken insurance. He promised to keep me updated. Today it has been a week and there was no proactive update from Rajiv… they are series of emails that I have written to them that I can support. Today when I called them – he is not answering the phone… the same no. This has been a series of lie and worst customer service for me… I really hope you that you can look into my complaint and get me justice here.                  <title>Dealay in consignment delivery</title>

                 <description>Hi, We have sent the important documents from SANGAMNER (Maharashtra) through Professional courier on 8th Aug 2011 to Mr. Pralhad Nehe, Flat No. C-56, GH-80, Sector-20, Panchkula 134 109 (Haryana). The consignment No. is SNR106232. The document is not yet received and online tracking status shows document is sent back to Delhi (from Panchkula on 18th Aug due to “PARTY OUT OF STATION” on 16th Aug 2011. This is not true. There are contact No. of both consignee and consigner with the address on the document however no intimation was given to us before sending back the consignment to Delhi. We are trying to find out the status by phole and e-mails at professional courier offices at Panchkula, Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai and the courier office at Sangamner from where it was dispatched. However we are not getting satisfactory response and the exact status or location of the consignment is still not clear.  We may have to pay the penalty in case of late submission of document or finacial loss in case of loss of document which is due to nedligence of courier service.                  <description>Dear Sir,   I booked floor tiles Series Mazic PD- Baveria and Series- Zodiac Fabia Brown of Nitco Company at Hometown, Kolkata. The deal was done in presence of DM-Tiles and Wooden Flooring, Mr Akilesh Kumar Jha. I then paid nearly 30% of total cost i.e Rs 40000/- (booked tiles for 2400 sq ft and total cost was around Rs 1.48 lakh)as advance to home town. I was paid a bill for the advance where it was mentioned that delivery be done by 2nd of July, 2011. When i contacted on July 2 it was informed me by Mr Akilesh Kumar that the truck carrying the tiles was stopped near UP border and within 2 &amp; 3 days it will reach Kolkata. Later on when we inquired on 5 again he came with some plea that goods has reached Kolkata and we unloading the materials at store and day after tomorrow it will definitely be supplied to you. In the mean time he asked us to make payment of balance amount which i did immediately. Again after 2 days when we inquired he said that since audit is going on in Nitco office at least for 3 to 4 days it is not possible to supply the materials. When we contacted the Nitco Officer to know the Status of supply he said that the material booked by us has not reached in their warehouse till 12 July, 2011. Mr Akilesh is making you fool. With this complaint i want it that strict action to be taken against DM-Tiles and Wooden Flooring, Mr Akilesh Kumar Jha and compensation to be paid to us for the delay taking place in delivery of material otherwise i will lodge a complain against Home Town, Rajarhat PO Newtown, Kolkata in consumer court.  Arpita</description>

                 <title>Beware of Nalanda, they are fraud</title>

                 <description>Nalanda Cargo Packers &amp; Movers is having office at 2, Village Samalka, Lakadmandi, New Delhi 11037.  Mr Ajay Kumar Pandy is the Business Manager. His mobile number is 91 99685 84052. Mr Rakesh is another person in-charges. His mobile number is 91 98998 42266.  Their email ID is nalandacargo@gmail.com  We at Ninestars, hired them to pack and move our goods from Delhi to Chennai.  They came, saw it and gave a quotation of INR 28000. We were not able to move the goods on the day they came and we agreed to pay them INR 32000 because of the delay caused to them by us.   After sorting out the issues, they came and they took the materials.  But after taking the materials in their custody, they threatened us saying we had to pay INR 72000 in cash in the bank accoun of Mr Ajay, else they wont give back the material.  We fought, we told them it was not fare and did all reasonable efforts to make them understand their illegal activities. But they didnt listen.  Finally we paid them all and got all damaged materials used our people to unload everything and get the damages rectified.  They charged insurance but never provided damages. They charged service tax, but we dont know whether they will pay the collected service tax to Government.  We have no clue how many people do business like this. But people like these Nalanda Cargo are fraud, cheaters to the core. They indulge in all kind of malpracticies and geopardise the interest of the entire industry and trade.  If relevant authorities take suitable legal action against them, innocent and affected customers like us will be saved.  So, beware of Nalanda - they will cheat you. </description>

                 <description>Sir,   I got Gas connection on 24-11-2003(Consumer No.1603) and applied for second cylinder on September 2009. The supplier's name is HIGH STATR INDANE SERVICE, VARAM.P.O, KANNUR(DT), KERALA(code 127404). I have been informed that my second cylinder has been sanctioned and I approached the dealer with all required documents on 20-01-2011. He demanded an amount of Rs.1855/-(Rupees one thousand eight hundred and fifty five only) for the release of cylinder and I paid the amount. He said the amount inculedes Rs.1250/- for cylinder, Rs.370/- for Gas, Rs.185/- for tube and the balance for other charges. When demanded receipt for the payments he refused to do so. Moreover, he told me to take the cylinder at my own cost and when enquired about it he said that the supply of second cylinder is not the agency's responsibility. From the reliable sourses I knew that that the agency should the sypply the cylinder as usual. Till date the cylinder is not supplied.   I reside within 5Km circumference from the agency's godown. But he usually charges Rs.50/- for transportation and sometimes aks more. They agreed to do the shifting on Jan 9, 2011 as per my choice with full packing, loading, unloading and transportation, which they did on Jan 9 but they delayed the process by 4 hrs. They were supposed to start packing at 10 AM on Jan 9th, 2011 which they started at 1 PM, resulting in completion of the job at 11 at night. This delay has pained us a lot.  The worst part of this company are the following:  1. Unprofessional packers: they broke, scratched my beds (2) and few glass items. Now they are denying to fix that, which they agreed upon before finalizing the order  2. Unprofessional and fraud area incharge- Dharmendra, who has declined me to provide the bill, which I required to get reimbursed from my company. After 40-50 calls and sms, he gave me the bill on Jan 16, 2011, which he promise to give on jan 9. He has taken the complete payment in cash from me on Jan 9, 2011, but he said that due to closure of office he would give on Jan 10, 2011  3. Rude behaviour: Dharmendra came to my place on Jan 16, 2011 and he started misbehaving with me and my family.  Dharmendra's number are 9582562897 &amp; 8882434241. Without confirming the address they processed my payment and confirm that my order will be delivered on my old address ie Ghaziabad one. On seeing that my payment has been confirmed and order will reach Ghaziabad , I imdt contacted tradus. Their customer care executive told me that order will be delivered on Manipur address but they require a mail from my side for the same. I send them a mail on the same day ie 14 Oct 2010.  After this also, to my surprise first they deliver the books on my ghaziabad address. When i called them up they were not aware of the problem only!!!!!! One of thier customer care executive Mr Lakshya told me that he will come back to me within half an hour with the details. Next 6 hrs no body gave me a call from tradus and when again I ring them up they told me that I have to contact Airways ie courier company which is looking the delivery part of order. I gave a call to Airways and again to my suprise they told me that from tradus side thier is no request for address change!!!! I again gave a call to Tradus and narrate the Airways story to Mr Lakshya and Sandeep.   Lakshya told me that I will get the delivery in next seven days, positively. And today ie 28 Oct 2010, I got a call from Airways tellling that they will be coming to deliver the printer at my GHAZIABAD address!!! I told them that about my problem and I got a quiz winning reply that thier is no address change request from Tradus side.  I gave a ring to Tradus which was attended by Sandeep. In a very unprofessional and rudy manner he told me that he will cancel my order and I will get my money back. I told him that ok, pl send me a mail confirming the same he told me that I will get the mail in next 30 min. The conversation happened at about 1000 hrs and it is more than 3 hrs and I havent received any mail from thier side.  I am sure that this site and all the employees of this organisation are fraud. Doesnt have any professional experience.                  <description>I would like to lodge a complaint against the party Ms. Central Cargo Packers &amp; Movers, for their deficiency in service and financial loss incurred. I give below the following for your information and your assistance to get proper compensation.   I had decided shifted my Household goods from Delhi to Chennai in May 2010. I was approached by the Delhi Representative Mr. Farukh Khan - Business Executive, Mobile No. 9310507373 of M/S. Central Cargo Packers &amp; Movers Delhi. . On accessing the Goods, He gave a quotation (No. 11125 dated 9th May 2010) for Rs. 19900/= including All Risk Insurance charges. On negotiation, their representative Mr. Farukh Khan agreed to shift the material (House Hold Goods) to Chennai at Rs. 18000/= including All Risk Insurance. I was told that the consignment would reach the destination between 7 days to 10 days from the date of Pickup .   On 26th May 2010, the House hold goods were packed at my residence and picked up after the full payment of s. 18000/= Cash. Receipt No. 5816 dated 26th May 2010. The House hold goods were packed in 46 packages including a Bike and a Bicycle of AVON Make. The Consignment Number was 4982 and the goods were loaded at New Delhi on 26th May 2010 by a team headed by Mr. Bal Krishan.  Since the Goods were not received at the stipulated time, we started calling their Delhi Office, Bangalore office and also their Chennai office regularly. At last the goods were received at Chennai after 20 days. On receipt, we found that Sealed boxes were opened partially. And also the Bicycle was not delivered. On enquiry at Chennai office we were told to contact their Bangalore office. On enquirty at their Bangalore office , I was informed that the Cycle was sent to some other place by mistake and will be delivered with in a day or two. Their representative Mr. Farukh khan who booked the consignment was not helpful and I was asked to contact your Bangalore office of Chennai office for further details of missing items. On continued follow-up with your Chennai and Bangalore office, I was assured by their Chennai Office that the cycle has reached their Chennai office and will be delivered with in a day or two. In the mean time, the Chennai Office incharge was changed and the person appointed new was not able to provide me any information on the delivery of the missing items Since no action has been taken to deliver the Cycle, I contacted their corporate Mumbai office and spoke to their Customer Care Incharge MS. Kavita. As advised by Ms. Kavita, I sent a n E Mails narrating the whole incidence and also the photographs of the missing cycle and also the photo of the package received open from which many other items were found missing. The emails were sent starting from 22/6,23/6,27/9/6, 1/7. 6/7 along with the photographs of the packages opened and also informed her about the damages to many of the goods like Sewing Machine, Computer Table, Refrigerator, Washing Machine and also to my Bike. On speaking to Ms. Kavita, she acknowledged that she has received all the mails and photos and would discuss the matter with her Senior and do the needful. I got only assurances from your Customer Care In charge and no action has been taken  It is more than a month from the date of delivery and no concrete action has been taken to either deliver the cycle or to compensate me for loss of cycle and against the goods damaged.  I have also clearly written on the acknowledgement LR that the Cycle was not delivered and many packages were opened and items missing.   Finallay I sent a Registered Letter – a copy enclosed, requesting them to compensate me within 10 days from the date of the letter. A copy was also sent to you by ordinary post.    It is more than 10 days from the date of sending the letter and I have not received any intimation from them.                  <description>Respected sir/Madam I have a gas connection with Meera Gas Service Garh Road, District-Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) but unfortunately I have not got any home delivery for about a year. My gas connection No. is 17154. After waiting for months, I have to go to godown to take cylinder. Most of the employees at this agency indulge in black marketing due to this a consumer suffers a lot. My wife has undergone open-heart surgery therefore, she is unable to fetch a cylinder from godown, which is about 10 km away from my home.                  <title>Nondelivery of complete Household Goods/ Delay in Delivery</title>

                 <description>Dear Sir,  I wish to state the experience and the fraud experienced while dealing with Balaji Cargo Packers &amp; Movers with its registered office at 1/9750A, Street No. 1E , West Gorkh  Park, Sahadra Delhi and Admin Office at 321, IIIrd Floor, Apsara Cinemea Complex, Delhi and the contact person Mr. Vinod Goel. Owing to my transfer from Delhi to Tirupati, I was shifting my household goods  from Delhi to Tirupati. After much research and seemingly influenced by the colorful brouchers which quoted respectable organizations as their client, I employed Balaji Cargo Packers &amp; Movers for the shifting of my household goods from Delhi to Tirupati. Mr Vinod told me that he will personally see the shifting and promised me the delivery  under seven days.He also asked me to pay the agreed price ie. Rs 30000/- in cash upfront but when i said i would pay by cheque, he asked cheque in his name and not in the name of the company. The frustration and the feeling of being cheating started on the day itself  when the day of loading of goods came i.e. 29.05.2010 in Delhi. Two people came around  8 o'clock in the morning and started packing saying the truck will arrive at 12 which  arrived at 5 o'clock in the evening. And the truck which came was small truck and the space was not sufficient enough for loading of all my household goods. The way they loaded my goods, I was sure would break many of them. I called Mr. Vinod about the condition and he said that he will take personal guarantee of the goods and will certainly deliver it on time(i.e within 7th june). When I again called him on 4th June, he said the goods were loaded on 3rd and will certainly reach on 9th. He was giving me 100% guarantee on that.( Later I learned that the goods were loaded from the Balaji go-down on 8th June and the truck proceeded from the destination on 9th. Mr. Vinod was lying all along and was giving fake assurances all the time). I again called him on 9th and asked about the goods and to my utter surprise he said it will reach on 11th and gave me the driver's number to contact. i had a train on 12th June evening from tirupati and he again gave me 100% guarantee that it would be delivered on 12th June afternoon. When again the truck didn't reach, and when contacted he had the nerve to ask me to cancel the ticket and wait till the goods reached and if in my absence the lorry reach tirupati, he will not be responsible.(anyways he never felt himself responsible as he had the money and he never cared about the delivery). He caused me much agony and mental tension during this period.  Anyways i proceeded with my program and during I was away from tirupati , I constantly inquired about the delivery but the man kept telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow or day after tomorrow (giving me all this time his usual 100% plus guarantees) Finally when I returned to tirupati on 19th, and the goods fortunately arrived on 20th June after exactly 22 days of its loading at Delhi( It took more than 3 times what the Balaji Cargo Packers &amp; Movers had promised the time of delivery i.e 7 days). The goods which when arrived were placed on heavy hadware machinery and most of the electronic items faced the serious danger of getting broken/damaged. Almost all the carton, sofa and suitcases were wet and this showed the irresponsible and careless manner in which Balaji Cargo Packers &amp; Movers have planned to shift my household goods. The worst part is my invert-or battery worth Rs. 10000/- was missing and when confronted from Mr. Vinod he later told that he will ask the company to reimburse it and after that he is not picking up my phone.I have tried in vain many times and unsuccessfully waited but he never responded.Most likely they would have sold the battery thinking that the customer could do nothing about it. Also he refused the unpacking of the goods denying falsely that it was not agreed to do the unpacking where as in their brouchers its explicitly mentioned that they also do the unpacking(inclusive in the cost they charge). This Balaji Cargo Packers &amp; Movers, the way they have handled the shifting has caused me much mental tension to me and my family and resulted in loss of invert-or battery and damage of many electronic items including my computer. They are the most unprofessional and higly irresponsible Movers &amp; Packers and rendering their services can only cause one frustration and loss. They are never going to deliver the goods on time and will charge hefty amount upfront.I am also planning to write to their establish clients cautioning about Balaji's irresponsible conduct and their untrustworthy service.   Shantanu Nandkeoliyar 88977-12320</description>

                 <description>Dear Sir,  I regret to inform you that I had given a consignment to Real life Domestic Packers &amp; Movers, Secunderabad, A.P on 28.06.2010 vide their Receipt No. 575 to be delivered to my mother at Vijayawada but the same is undelivered till date.  In fact, the Real life Domestic Packers &amp; Movers,Secunderabad office person picked up the consignment by saying and promising the same to be delivered the next day evening but....... it was ever done.  After many efforts &amp; trouble [I had to call the person (Amit Sharma; who says the company is his own)many a times on 9052161433] ultimately he picked my calls and talks in a harsh and rude language. He says that my consignment is quite small for him and he damn care for it. he says that he has sent it through Navatha Transport co. and now it is my responsibility to clear the issue.  I stay in Hyderabad and my mom alone stays in Vijayawada. As she cant go here and there i paid Amith sharma Rs 2,000. including loading, unloading, packing and transporting the goods quite before the delivery. But the receipt given says it is only rs 500 paid. Now, he comes out with the statement that he will not pay me a rupee and i can lodge a complaint with police or go to consumer court whatever i can do..  I am really worried since 2 weeks i had to call him in my office lunch hours, break time and i get a very rude reply from him every time i called. I lost my mental peace, money and wealth. It is really bad to hear such words from him when i had paid the amount before he done his work.  This company has been registered with Just Dial from where he has contacted me for this consignment.However the deatils provided to the Just Dial is also incomplete and wrong. I had lodged a complaint with Just dial and now would like to knock the doors of law for justice. I paid those 2000 bugs with many efforts, it was my hard earned money and health which i had lost. They had charged Rs. 2600/- for this service and had promised to deleiver it with in 10 days. But much to my dismay, my bike has still not being deleivered and all my attempts to know about my bike have gone in vain. They have been continuously making fraudulent promises to me and none of them has been fulfilled.  Now, they are not even picking my phone up and any attempt to contact them is not yielding any result.                  <description>  Great trouble and harassment from Carvan Mrovers Packers (India)  Sir,  My first subject is that WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS. Our complaint may please be looked in the very seriously. Sir, we have shifted from Gurgaon to Bangalore on 25th May 2010. All my luggage was sent thru CARVAN MOVERS &amp; PACKERS - They charged Rs. 70,000.00 for this and insurance got done of Rs. 3 lakhs. All this booking and order was taken by Mr. John. He came to our house booked order – with promise that all packing will be done in order since my goods were very valuable and It will not take more that 5 days to reach goods by road.  My grievances are as below :  My luggage started from Gurgaon on 25th May and it was promised that my all luggage will reach Bangalore within 5 (five) days but it was received on 6th June 2010 – that also after making more that 20 calls to Delhi - but ALL IN DAMAGED CONDITIONS -cartons were mostly OPEN MANY THINGS ARE LOST - 50% CARTONS WERE WET ALL MY CLOTHES WERE WET MY ELECTRIC FITTINGS WHICH I HAD PURCHASED FROM DELHI FOR MY NEW HOUSE WERE WET. ALL WATER HAS GONE IN THE Chenlliers and ligts.  Sir, please note this very seriously so that next time no Senior citizens are troubled like us. Sir on 5th June my luggage reached here in Bangalore Mr. Surinder from Bangalore telephoned us stating that luggage will reach Presitige Palm on the morning at 10.30 am. Me and my husband left hotel and reached our empty home at 10.30 a m waiting for the luggage. At 2.30 p.m Mr. Surinder telephoned stating that goods will be delivered only after you make the balance 50% payment. We said that Mr. John had confirmed that balance payment will be given only after we receive goods safe at home. Mr. Surinder was not ready to listen to us he said noting doing he will take and vehicle back if payment is not given and then he is not responsible .Since we had no choice we gave the payment to Mr. Vinod of Caravan. As soon as we gave the payment Mr. Surinder PUT HIS MOBILE IN OFF POSITION. Then at 5 p.m two men came to deliver the goods. After 6 p.m goods are not allowed in the building but some how I made request to Assocation to allow goods inside.  Since only two people were there and my luggage was too much after three after these two boys got tired and they LEFT MY GOODS ON THE ROAD ITSELF AND SOME CARTONS NEAR THE LIFT. We had no beds to sleep no utensils and were very in trouble.  These two boys promised next morning they will reach here at 8 a m. On 6th June I made more that 100 calls to Mr. Sanjiv and Mr. Surinder did not pick up even a single call. Around 4 p.m Mr. RAMESH of Delh office somehow picked up the phone and made arrangements to send three persons to bring my goods which were lying of road. Till 12 midnight they were brings luggage upstais. These people who cam to deliver goods were no employee of CARVAN they were hired by someone and started opening cartons on their own. .  My Crocery is completely broken - My Chairs – Almiras are broken. These is seen and confirmed by people who came to deliver the goods.  Many cartons are wet. All my clothes – my woolen garments – Electric fittings all new – All waten gone in that.  Mr. Ramesh who is Manager in Delhi office assured that he will help us out and sort out matter.  He requested us not to make any complaint but since till today the 15th June no actin is taken I \am bound to write to you.  Please look in to matter abd sort out our problem </description>

                 <description>Hi,  This is Manish, engaged Safe Packers and movers to Packing ,loading and unloading which includes fixing all the House holds as well to proper place as guided by me.I paid 3% for insurance of my good as well but they didn't gave me the policy.  I booked my households which includes TV,Fridge,washing machine kitchen things etc. for delivery from Delhi to Mohali.  When I received the goods they didn't send the labour for unloading and fitting the fixtures;when i asked for the same they refused about those services and i had arranged that to myself.  When I opened my TV Box I was surprised there was stone inside the box .There was no TV . I had Sony TV with woofers cost around (14000 when i purchased it).I did call to Safe packers and movers and told my problen he said i am a laier and he is not going to entertan me for further. The name was Vaibhav and Pratap they stopped picking my phone as well.  I don't know How to proceed with guys; it this forum is going to help me out. I can provide the phone number of safe packers and movers as well.  One more thing i want to add I paid 3% Insurance fee as well for my Household value but they didn't gave the policy as well.  Please do not engage him for transferring households or any kind of service.  </description>

                 <description>FRADULENT PACKERS Hi,  I boked my house hold goods from bangalore to pune through 'SAFE PACKERS AND MOVERS' with consinement number 1216. And they said they are going to move every thing at one slat and they idn't. And I took insurence for my house hold goods for 1 lack and they charged 3000 for the insurence (3% of the insurence value) and they didn't given any insurence copy ( they said they will submit the insurence copy at the time of delivery and they simply took that amount). And the delivery persons was so rash and drunk. Then I contacted the head office guys (delhi) and the responce was so bad and negligently asking to give police complaint and solve the issue.so please friends don't use these guys service and get the problems.</description>
