LOW RATE OF INSURANCE
sir/madam
i am shamkant komarpant GA.09A.1399 sumo victa i had did insurance of my sumo in The NEW INDIA INSURANCE LTD. And in tragic accident my sumo got badly damged 1 year passed,the sumo was brought just 18months before the accident . it is in the garage of TATA MOTORS Margao Goa.The total istimate was 3,58,000 but the NEW INDIA INSURANCE LTD claimed just 1,99,226.our summplemantry estimate near about 1 lakh was not submitted by surveyor of the new india insurance Mr.Diwani. being the car owner i not received any letter or any information about the final survey report .now Mr.Diwani denied that no action could be taken and he even Bribe for money and told that to take the sumo outside other garage and make it proper .mr.Diwani did not gave body cell and even the tata motor denied to give body cell then after many request then {6month}they gavebody then ,then after 6monththey gave cherise by giving several reason for getting it late.
