Dear Subscriber,
This has reference to grievance raised by you on consumer compliant forum regarding procedure to re-issue I-PIN/T-PIN.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that you have an option to re-issue I-PIN/T-PIN that has been locked. To reissue the password (I-PIN/T-PIN), you will need to submit the Subscriber Details Change Request Form (S2 Form) with a written request to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture & authorise the request for re-issue of I-PIN/T-PIN in CRA system. After receiving the online request, CRA will reissue the password and your I-PIN/T-PIN envelope will be sent to your communication address registered in your PRAN account.
You can download the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change Request Form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in. In case of any queries pertaining to NPS, you may contact us on our helpline 1800-222-080 or email us on info.cra@nsdl.co.in

Note:
We would like to inform you that CRA has developed a Central Grievance Management System (CGMS) wherein the entities can raise their grievances against CRA or any other entities in NPS. You can access the CRA website ‘www.cra-nsdl.com’ and use the I-Pin allotted at the time of registration in order to log your grievances. After successful logging of the grievance, a token number will be generated by the system with the help of which you can track the status of your grievance on CRA website. The grievances logged in CGMS will be centrally monitored by a dedicated team “Subscriber Care Group” (SCG) at NSDL-CRA so as to ensure that the grievances are resolved in a smooth and efficient manner.

| A Correction has cropped up in the pran number 110022193949 in the colum of fathers name in respect of Smt. Varanasi Naga Padmaja. It was sent to Dto Khammam for correction and requested for the issue of new pran Card through annexure S2 form. But not received any communication so far Please the redress the grievince. |

sir,i am a central government employee and pran card no 110030072034 has been alloted to me and blocked after 05 attempt, and i am not accessing in my account.i submitted a application along with s2 form in my office,but there is no reply yet received from pao and your office.
so you are requested please re-issue of i-pin as early as possible.
