I visited N.H.2 between Delhi and Agra, N.H.3 between Agra and Gwalior, N.H. 11 between Agra and Jaipur. I also visited Mumbai- Nasik in Maharastra and found the same. It seems that the same position is every where. I visited Konkan Railway between Mumbai-Margaon and found the same. I want to make certain suggestion to your office. 1. Your office should give conditional sanction for cutting of tree to road projects that the toll collection will be started only after the required plantation has been completed and a N.O.C. will be issued by your office after visiting the site and making proper photography and video graphy. It should also ascertain that proper water irrigation system has been developed. 2. Your office should annually get certificate from the department and organization to which N.O.C. has been given about the surviving plants with name of the plant and quantity. The plants should be properly numbered. There should be social audit from independent N.G.O. with photography and video graphy. The N.O.C. should be given conditional subject to annual renewal. In case the proper maintenance is not carried out the N.O.C. should be cancelled and toll tax collection should be suspended. 3. There should be condition in the sanction letter that wire fencing is must on the divider and both side of the road for the safety of plants. 4. Generally the plantation is made of decorative tree instead of big tree which are cut down during the process of road construction. When there is a heavy rain that day how come I will search the bus on that road, this is poor experience I have got through Sree Kaleewari travels on that day, I have called the agent from there he said the bust has left at 9.15pm withtout picking 5 customers due to the rain then I travelled in another auto paying another Rs.100/- and asked the agent at Lakdikapool he said contact redbus where you booked the ticket. I have called Mr.Praveen in your call centre for doing alternate arrangement. He said no AC bus ticket is avilable for the day. I have lost my hard earned money Rs.760/-. Many pedestrians as well as children got injured due to welding material. The shop owner uses Grinder most of the time, which creates lot of noise by which we are not able to study & sleep properly. The smoke which is emitted through welding creates suffocation as well as many health diseases. The entire surrounding atmosphere gets affected. The foul smell of burning of iron spreads in the area. I am unable to use the cooler/fan because it sucks all the pollution inside the house. Even though we cannot sit outside the home/open the door because the bright streak light of welding affect our eyes. We have to keep door close to avoid bright streak lightening. The scrap/unused waste material of welding become breeding place for mosquitoes. He uses electricity for welding which also causes voltage fluctuation most of the times. This affects our electrical appliances. It also creates air pollution which is affecting our health.
