                 <title>Unauthorised construction</title>

                 <description>Sub: Encroachment on Govt. land, unauthorised construction, occupation of the entire land adjacent to his flat – 149-A, Pocket-F, GTB Enclave (MIG Flats).  Dear Sir,  A complaint against one Mr. Ashok Kumar Goyal, owner of Flat No. 149-A, Pocket-F, (MIG Flats), GTB Enclave, Delhi-110 093 (who is employed as an Engineer in Delhi Development Authority) is being lodged on the following counts:  i.	He has encroached upon Govt land and made his entrance on the encroached land causing a lot of inconvenience to the public. The flat being a corner flat, it is not only difficult but impossible for cyclist and bikers to turn. In fact it has caused many minor accidents.  ii.	He has made unauthorized constructions without taking in confidence any of the flat owners of the block viz 149-B, C &amp; D. The said construction is risky for 149-B in particular and others in general as it can be an easy access for burglars an thieves to break in more so when the family constitutes a vulnerable senior citizen couple and their son. Added to it the said construction retains water and in the rainy season it can cause DENGU and other related diseases.  iii.	The flat being a corner flat and the entire area adjacent to it is fully and solely occupied by him. No resident is allowed to park his vehicle on his side, though about seven (7) vehicles are parked on the opposite side i.e. adjacent to 148-A.  iv.	He does not allow any other owner of the block – 149-B, 1489-C or 149-D to carry out any repair or minor extension and threatens of dire consequences if any of the parties initiates it.  v.	His encroaching work is in progress and the entire area around his flat is occupied causing a lot of inconvenience to residents as well as by passers.    Added to the above is the fact that being an officer in the Delhi Development Authority, he openly challenges and dares us to make a complaint against him.  In the light of above facts, it is requested that a spot verification be made and facts ascertained from residents, RWA, Old and Present and suitable action taken without delay.  Thanking you and hoping to get an immediate attention.  We remain   Yours truly,    1.                  <description>Hello,  I would like to take your attention to Mehrauli (South Delhi)Area wherer in Ward No 6 Peel Khana Mehrauli just on front to Apex Tailor,where the are re constructing there house and they are aquiring the street area as they are making the balcony.There balcony is coming very out there so the front of the street is very less in size now small tempo which earlier was able to come inside through this way will not be abel to come now as some time people need to hire that for there furniture movement and with many other reasons.This will make this street looks very bad and conjusted.Police and area beat officer comes and get the money from the owner and goes back quitly.Request you to kindly take the action and stop this illegal construction which is going on on urhent basis.thanks in advance...  </description>

                 <description>Electricity theft from my power connection at sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park To.  The Vigilance dept. NDPL Delhi  Sub:Electricity theft from my power connection at sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park  Dear Sir/Mam,  Myself Advocate Mr. V.Elanchezhiyan, practising at Delhi, draw the attention of your good office concerning the electricity theft on behalf and under the instructions of my client who is a old lady named Smt.Mastari Begum, w/o later Bishambar lal alias Babu khan, aged 70 years of age, permanent resident cum owner of no.21 B,sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park, Delhi -110031. one feroz khan who is illegally occupying 2nd floor of my built property, for which a complaint has been lodged with the respective police station and action is still pending. meanwhile the accused aforesaid feroz have committed electricity theft for the past 5 years, without my knowledge taking the power supply without my consent and knowledge, since because of my ill health and no relative to take care of myself, he has taken the undue advantage. i came to know about the theft few months back and i requested the electricity official orally to disconnect power supply connected to the illegal occupation of the accused premises but there was no action form your good office. since i lodge this complaint to take further action against the above said accused and remove the illegal connection for which i am burdened to pay. considering this application as a notice, i wish your good office to take prompt action against the electricity theft as early of not more than 15 days. In taking this complaint lightly or discarding the complaint, i would be constrained to make your good office as a necessary party and take civil/criminal action against your impropriety and negligence, seeking mense profit, damages.  I wish this complaint would not be disregarded of my old age or helpless woman.                  <title>About 3 years delay in providing PNG connections for domestic use of colony residents</title>

                 <description>The IGL had approached us in May 2008 for providing PNG gas conections in the kitchens of the colony residents. In response applications of about 50 residents were forwarded to IGL in June 2008. Our case has since been pending despite our several reminders - verbal,written and through e-mail to IGL concerned officials namely Sheri Vinod Dhaka, Shri Bhattacharya, Ms. Ambika Singh, Ms. Nidhi Joshi etc.  Even though PNG gas connections have already been provided in our adjoining colonies like Preess Enclave etc. we are being informed that "the project to lay PNG network shall be initiated on receipt of permission from MCD.." which, as reported in IGL's letter dated Decemer 8 2010,had not been received by them for over two years despite 'repeated follow up.." by them. It may be pointed out here that the IGL has sought permission for "mainline laying from H Block to PVR crossing" covering D, E, G, J and M  Blocks in Saket. Ours, however, is a 'E' Block DDA colony which is well beyond PVR crossing towards Press Enclave, where, as stated above, PNG connections have already been provided. As such our 'E' Block DDA colony is perhaps not covered under thearea for which the IGL had sought MCD permission over two years back. Had the IGL brought to the notice of the MCD, as already touched in my letter dated 24.10.2010 to IGL, that the undeground pipeline network to provide PNG connections for our adjoining colonies had already been laid and as such not much digging work was required to be done, we are sure the MCD would have accorded permission for our colony and PNG connections given to our residents long back.  Request for appropriate action on priority.   Thanks.</description>

                 <description>Hi,  I am Namrata Vora staying in Jyoti Complex, Film City Road, Goregaon East - 400067, Mumbai.   I keep hearing loud music till late nights. Yesterday - 17th February 2011, the music stopped only after 11:30 PM. Trust me it is painful. And I am sure there might be lots of other people who suffer this pain like the old people, the sick, the children, people who have to get up early next day for their routine chores and there might be many more and are not able to raise their voice.  Kindly help us.  I am not sure of the exact location where this happens but it is somewhere near Santosh Nagar market.  This is a regular phenomenon. There is no peace in the locality.  I am not sure if this has been a concern for anyone else or not but at least for me, yes it has been very painful.   Here, there is no limit to entertainment, no concern for humanity.  I beg you for the peace. He did not show in his service or to your department in which way he got the amount to purchase the below properties.                  <description>Dear Sir,   We are residing in Kannadasan street , Ambal nagar extn Ramapuram Chennai 89. We require either drainage or Kaava connection as our building capacity to absorb drainage in septic tank will stay only in a day or two. The drainage overflows outside which causes hindrance to the passersby.    Please take necessary steps before the rain starts because last year the drainage water mixed with the well water and we and our children's are greatly affected by mosquito's which caused fever like malaria and other health disorders to the entire street.   Hope you will do us the needful before rainy season begins.   The same mail is dropped to our Honorable Dy.Chief Minister for taking necessary actions.   As we are constantly approaching our Ramapuram Panchayat office and our area ward councillor for the necessary steps and no one is ready to take necessary action and they are openly stating that the panchayat was facing with lack of funds.
