They showing combind of two half faces(gabinda &amp; salman khan) and ask the ordince to call the number 5664428 and tell the name of two candidate whose half faces are showing on the tv screen (wining mony is Rs.10000).                  <title>Erratic delivery and defective gift</title>

                 <description>I subscribed to India Today Weekly magazine in response to a mail soliciting subscriptions in September 2010 and made full payment for one years' subscription.(Subscription No. ITE 1987796 )  I got acknowledgment for the payment and was given to understand that my subscription would start from issue dated November 1st. As I did not get any copies of the magazine till Nov. 2nd week, I complained to their toll free No. and was told that the delivery would be made in two days.As I did not get any magazines even after one week I again complained and got the same reply.This went on for two weeks and finally (After six complaints!)in the last week of November all issues for November were delivered together! The delivery of the magazines again stopped after 2nd week of December and again after repeated complaints all issues were delivered together! Now I have to plead every week for the delivery of the magazines and the issues are delivered well after the concerned week. The gift (Accord Mobile Phone) was delivered after persuasion of more than six weeks and I have discovered that it is a defective piece!I wrote to them on January 12th and January 22nd and one Mr.Vijay Kimar,Executive,Customer Care assured that they had instructed the concerned department to ensure timely delivery of all future issues,but it has still not happened.My repeated requests to replace the defective handset have fallen on deaf years and I have no option but to explore other avenues (The Print Media) to get my complaints redressed.I sincerely hope that you would be able to make the concerned people see reason and stop taking their subscribers for a ride!  Jayant Gothe, Mob:9324325843 Sub.No.:ITE 1897796</description>

I am facing problem with the vendor who is not supplying complete paper / supplying other Hindi paper i.e. Hindustan or Dainik Jagran with TOI.   At times the Magazine portion with Sunday TOI is not supplied, some times What is Hot? portion is missing on Friday. But after collected the money he had not issue the paper till date and i had lodged the complaint in The times of india Subscribers helpline no i.e. 04424317979 and they had taken the complaint but till date no response from them. Every time they had given me assurance that within 48 hrs you may get the news paper but for the last one month i had not got any news paper. Export Enquiry for Machinery &amp; Parts, So i just called the number from where i received the SMS, Miss Navita picked the phone and told that they promote exports and they are sending us a CD for RS. 5000/- on receipt of CD I was told to contact them for getting my items registered to get enquiries from buyers abroad, I didnt knew it is a fraud company, they are misleading exporters for selling FAKE CD's containing incomplete Database of Importers &amp; Shipments.  They have sold me a CD via VPP ( Elbee Courier AWB # 292302861 ) for Rs 5000.00. On receiving the Cd, I have tried to access its details, which is in operative. I would like to inform you that I am doing News paper business for the past 10 years. I am also doing 'TIMES OF INDIA' partly from when started since in chennai.  I regret to inform you that I am not getting my coupon amount for 250 Nos. (i.e. for 5 months business). I am poor person earning income from newspaper and milk business only with small investment.   My Locality Agent has been saying that he would pay the amount shortly, till the time of sending this mail, he has not paid the sum (6 Months).Whenever I ask for the amount, He is replying that ,"I have not received any coupon amount. Come next week, I Will give You",. If I ask my amount next week, he is again asking me to come after 10 or 15 days. If I go &amp; ask “when will you give the amount” He simply says, "I can't give you the coupon amount. Do what ever you can..!".  The above process has been repeating every day till today, days are going but amount is not coming. Sir, I am a poor fellow with lower income with big family responsibilities.In this connection, I wish to inform you that once I had an idea to cover more customers of your publishing in our locality. But Due to my good agent's attitude, I am fed up with 'Times of India' Newspaper.                  <title>Horrible service - no delievery of magazine.</title>

                 <description>I took a 2 yr subscription of Prevention magazine about aug 09. Since the very beginning the delivery of the magazine has been pathetic with them missing dates on months together. When i have contacted them the reason i have got every time is shortage of magazines and that they would check with the postal autorities.  As a consolation they would increase the tenure by another month. Please tell me does postponing the date of something that doesnt reach you a solution. I amm suggesting to all not to subscribe to any magazine through India Today.</description>
