As I did not get any copies of the magazine till Nov. 2nd week, I complained to their toll free No. and was told that the delivery would be made in two days.As I did not get any magazines even after one week I again complained and got the same reply.This went on for two weeks and finally (After six complaints!)in the last week of November all issues for November were delivered together! The delivery of the magazines again stopped after 2nd week of December and again after repeated complaints all issues were delivered together! Now I have to plead every week for the delivery of the magazines and the issues are delivered well after the concerned week.
