Open University degrees are not valid in regular university
Im was doing my B.com from ycmou After completion of my 2nd year I was shifting to delhi and when I applied for transfer to delhi university (Migration) delhi university refuse to take me even in their distance learning deparment, when contacted ycmou officials regarding the same because at the time of admission they are claiming its equitant to all university degrees and rules are same for all but unfortunately because of this problem I have to left my degree as I can not leave my job and I have wasted 2 years…. Open university are third grade institutions… govt should close them if they are not considered as equaling to other universities
