                 <description>Order Details: Dated - 05/04/2012 Order No - 1838372 Invoice Number - FNY/991326/12-13/Part 2 FNY Code - 21W150499398 Product Detail: Michael Kors Handbag M_12Apr17AC8042_W_EXTOTE/SILVER Amount (Rs) - 16999.00 Payment Option Chosen – Cash-On-Delivery   I received the shipment from Fashion and You on the 7th May 2011 and paid Cash-On-Delivery Rs. 16999.00. After opening (unpacking) the parcel, I found that the Bag that I ordered was in damaged condition. It has lot of dark spots all over. Also the Bag was folded which made a crease on the bag. I had formally called the Fashion and You number (01206739999) which is not a toll free number and spoke with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and registered the complain on the same day i.e 07/05/2012 and the complain no. is 1635096. I expressed my dissatisfaction and wanted to return the bag and have the money refunded. The CSR advised me to courier the damaged product back to them and within 10 working days they would refund the full amount (Rs. 16999.00) by cheque and the cost of courier will be paid at the rate of Rs 150.00 per KG. I went to courier but the courier charges were more than Rs. 500.00, so I called back FnU on 8/5/2012 and told them that since it is a high value product and almost a kilo the courier company will charge more than Rs. 500 and also I have to make an insurance of the amount of the product being sent. Total cost will run more than Rs. 1500. The CRS then provided me another complain no. 1638204 and said that within 3 days the product will be picked up by Fashion and You from the shipment address. On the 10/05/2012 i.e on the 3rd day when no one came to pick up the product I called up again and the CSR provide me another complain no 1650660. This time I made sure I spoke to their Team Leader Sheena Puneja. She accepted that it was their fault and delay caused from their end in having the product picked up from the address provided. She was apologetic for the delay and requested 3 more days within which the Product will be picked. I agreed for 3 more days. On the 12th which is 3rd day from the 10th, I called again and referred to the complaint no 1650660, spoke with the same Sheena Puneja and she was again apologetic saying that the pickup team has not responded and she will check and revert back. I held the phone and asked her to check it right away while I hold the line. After some time she came back to the phone and said that she needed 3 more days. I made several requests and all the conversation is noted in their support complaint notes. Since I had no choice, I agreed for another 3 days. I called again on 14/05/2012 refering to the complaint no 1650660. Again spoke to Sheena Puneja and this time I wanted to speak with their owner of the company to understand if he is aware of this issue. Sheena Puneja refused to provide me the details of the owner and all I got to hear from her is that she is sorry for the delay again, expressed her apologies and needed 3 more days. After this episode, I realized that I was cheated. Thus on the 14th I asked her to send me a written confirmation of the whole transaction and the conversation we had on the phone along with the promised date of pickup. She refused for the same. The above episode is an example of e-commerce portals / companies that do not follow fair and ethical online business practice. I would like to know if this is the way how the promoters of the company Fashion and You (Awari Technologies Private Limited, Gurgaon) are making their money by cheating online consumers who visit this e-commerce portal and do online shopping / transactions. If so, then I appeal to the consumer forum and NASSCOM to take strict &amp; punitive action against this company and its promoter /owner /CEO /Investors and or Venture Capital fund raisers (Norwest Venture Partners and Intel Capital, Sequoia Capital India and Nokia Growth) and such practices / organizations should not be encouraged and must not provide license to operate in / under any name of business in any country.   The amount of mental harassment and agony sustained by me while going through this deal has been immense and it is very difficult to quantify in terms of value lost (time &amp; energy). However I would immediately want this forum to instruct Fashion and You (Awari Technologies Private Limited) to have the damaged product be picked up from the address and to release a refund cheque / Draft / Pay Order of Rs 16999.00 immediately with interest and punitive damage ten times the cost of product, favoring the buyer (purchaser) payable at par at any bank and its branch in India.   The product has still not been picked up by Fashion and you till the evening of 16th May 2012 as promised by Sheena and also their CSR. Hence I am filing this complaint. </description>

Initially, the official from Bagittoday assured me that I would receive the Documents within seven days from the dayte of my booking. I booked the Package on 13/04/2012 and recd the documents on 30/04/2012. As I was on tour, I filled in all the details and send it by mail(as my date of journey is 19/05/2012) on 05/05/2012 but till date no response have been recd by me. I am in a fix, what to do? Shall I go for another booking directly with the hotels, I would be little costlier and in case after booking the hotel, I get the confirmation, I would lose my booking amount with the Hotel.</description>

I have already paid the full amount for the product I ordered on 4/3/12 but till date the order has not been delivered. Their executives swati and anshul agarwal ensured that my call is not transferred to them or any other senior person in the organization. The company it seems has instructed their executives not to pay heed to my problem. Anshul agarwal had the audacity to hang up the phone. He said he cannot help me and I will have to wait for another 48 hours. So many days have passed and they have refused to help me. Their executives are trained to humiliate people. A mail has also been written to the zonal head but she too has ignored my mail! please never ever shop from this fraud company. Save yourself from their fraudulent activities and prevent yourself from falling into their trap</description>

                 <description>Pls be aware, Fashion and You is running a scam. They lucrat you to make a pre-payment to avail free home delivery however when you do so, either they cancel the order after holding your money for 1 month or they deliberately send wrong product and then when you send it back, they claim not to have received it even if the waybill no. confirms that the goods have been dispatched. This has happened to me nearly 4-5 times. Earlier I thought it might be an inventory issue however after repetitive bad experiences, its confirmed that they are running scam by holing customers money.   Shame on them for being such unethical organization. Has anyone else experienced such incidence? Then pls share. </description>

                 <description>  Dear Sir,   I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No. 110499348)   I immediately called up 011 &amp; 022 3355 5533 and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief:-  1.	Made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. each in Nov, December, Jan &amp; Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days. --- to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. You never gat a call back. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line.  2.	Mailed complaint at response@starcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q &amp; A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received.  3.	A full fledged Fraud/Nexus is operating between employees to ward off complaints and do not commit anything. Every time you call, explain from start, waste 15-20 Mins. They will only tell it will be resolved within 72 Hrs, 6-8 days etc. You again call same story is repeated and there is a new call center operator with no solution. There is no reference or reply on earlier complaints. 4.	11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like,its under process, its at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the where house and than we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling. 5.	 It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a tem of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India. 6.	Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Then I contacted them thru facebook... But Didn’t find any sol ution at all.......  12 days are too much to deliver...But they have failed to deliver the items and Sucking part is that they are telling a lie that products are delivered...  I have been mailing them soooo sooo many times,But their indolent and wicked team are not responding to any of my e-mails...  I paid the money Which Myntra.com demanded...  But didn’t get services which I demanded...  Its pathetic and hellish experience with MYNTRA.COM  </description>

For Refund or Replacement call NAAPTOL (as VOX is not responsible in any way) and NAAPTOL says that they do not provide refund at all as they are not manufacturers of the product when they have clearly mentioned it in the Newspaper advertisement. 3.) Then he disconnected the call when I said that I cannot bear the courier charges. 4.) There is actually no chronograph in the watch, its just printed on the dial. The product is something that you will get for less than Rs. 300 on the streets.  Even the warranty certificate is in a language that you can never understand. There are no contact details or [COLOR=#009900 !important]service center[/COLOR] numbers on the certificate.  Nowhere on the site or product description it was mentioned that this the chronograph is just a design.   Moreover what makes it a perfect fraud is the way they execute the order hand in hand with the courier service. The product that left their office at 11:34 am for delivery only reach my place at 9:00 pm making sure I was personally not there to verify the goods at time of delivery which was COD. (Cash on Delivery) lest I should reject it.   Moreover, they have also removed the page from their website to cover their fraud.</description>

The executive of Bag it Today while selling the package online told me that you can visit any number of hotel/resorts listed for 8 days provided the dates should be in continuation. I sent my Voucher of Redemption of Holidays on 7.9.2011 for claiming my package on 24.10.2011 well in advance by more than 45 days. The Address given in the Holiday Package Form was wrong. The Address was Mail Shop # 1023, Sky Loft Business Suites , 1st floor, Advant Navis Business Park 7, sector 142,Expressway,Noida. The documents were return back on 15.9.2011. Then I contacted over phone on customer care number 01206182100. This number is very difficult to connect. I had to spend Rs20/- initially to connect the phone for first time. They gave me another address for communication: G-15/129, NSEZ, Phase-II Noida-201203. Again I sent back the documents on 15.9.2011 Till 15.9.2011 I lost 8 days, money and energy. Then documents reached ultimately on the new address. I also sent scanned copy of my documents on 15.9.2011. I received an e-mail on 23.9.2011 that your form is not filled as per the Terms and conditions. I informed them I had filled the form as per promise of BagItToday. Later on I filled the fresh form on the same day as per requirements of Affordable sales promotions and sent a scan copy of the same by email also. Now they said the destination which you require is not available as you are delayed. They also do not reply the emails. Without any fault on our part they are making fool of people and cheating them. Bag it Today also to sell their products they are doing false commitments to customers. Affordable sales promotions have only one customer care number (even though may have some parallel lines) which is very difficult to connect. Till today i.e. on27.9.2011 I have spent more than Rs 100/- to connect the phone. I had tried at least 50 times to connect the phone, but I got success only 4 times and that only for 2 minutes for each call and later on it got disconnected. I am so depressed with the treatment given by BagitToday and Affordable sales promotions. People want to enjoy in holidays. The order was acknowledged from the company side and they informed me that the materials have been sent by post.   I received a packet from the post office on the 9th of July last after paying the stipulated amount and the postal charge. But after opening the packet I was stunned to see a very old, used and worn out shoes and a bag of very low quality. The pair of shoes it seems has been picked up from from slum after some body thrown it away. It seems that the company has deliberately done it as the packing was well packed.  I immediately sent email to the company and talked over the phone. But they could not provide me satisfactory reply. The acknowledged my mail and sought apology.  But simple apology will not work after financial loss and humiliating dishonour. I want proper compensation. </description>

                 <description>I had a cash-on-delivery order from this website [order no 476192] for which I paid a total of 1300 on june 15, 2011. The order was for 2 kurtis. But when I checked the parcel, it contained only 1 item. The other item worth rs.880 was not included. I have been trying to get a resolution from their csr for the last 1 month. Everytime I call, they give excuses and avoid the call by saying a standard reply "you will hear from us in 72 hours". So far I have not heard a single word and it doesnt look like I will ever hear any. I get conflicting information from their customer service team every time I call.  An example would be: the 5th time I called, a guy mentioned that the cheque has been sent and it will reach me in 3 days. After 3days, I called them again and was shocked to hear that their finance team has not yet resolved the issue and they are not even sure they will pay me!  I dont know whom to call as they dont provide any other information on website other than a standard customer service no. Their customer service should be called as "Customer Torture Service".!!!!!!</description>

                 <description>I want to register a complain against flower plaza website. On June 23rd 2011 I ordered an anniversary cake for my parents however it was not delivered on that day. After I ordered the cake I called up on 9376042782 to confirm the order and the time of delivery and I was informed that it will be delivered after 4:00 PM to which I said alright. I made a call at 3:00 PM to know the status and I was told that it will be delivered after 4:00 PM, I said ok, then again I called at 4:00 PM to know the status to which I was told the same. At around 7:45 I called home to know if the cake was delivered and to my surprise it was not, so I called up to the number given and asked about the order and they had the same answer that it will be delivered today to which I replied today also means 11:59 PM and my parents wont keep awaking till 12 midnight. The person over the phone was very rude while talking. I called up at 10:00 PM to know if the cake is delivered and they said the order is cancelled and I asked why and they said nothing, they only siad that a mail has been sent to my id regarding the cancellation and that the money will be credited in my account. These people play with the sentiments and emotions of person, see at the last moment I came to know that the order was cancelled and I dont know the reason. They never bothered to call the customer and inform that the order is cancelled, it was me who called to know the status and to my surprise the order was cancelled, they did no left me with options to order the cake from anywhere as it was already too late for an order to be delivered the same day. As I was told that the order was cancelled and that the money will be credited in my account and that an email has been sent to me regarding the same, I looked for the email the next day however I never received the cancellation mail till date. After around 6 days of wait I mailed about my refund and then they asked me about the order number to which I gave them the order number and they replied that the order was delivered and they will not return the money. To which I replied them that the order was delivered a day later what was mentioned as the delivery date.  I asked them if they are going to refund the money as the cake was not delivered on the date as was supposed to be and they said as the cake was delivered why would I ask for the refund and they also said that as the cake was delivered they would send their representative to my parents home and collect the money. See how rude they are , they are giving damn to customers feelings and emotions and playing with the sentiments of the customer. And when I said them that I will complain of this behaviour to the consumer court they said go ahead and do whatsoever you want to.  I just want to know why was the order calcelled and if it was calcelled why was I not informed about the cancellation and if the order was cancelled why was it delivered the next day.                  <description>   Order No: 1719250 (Transaction ID)  I placed an order for a TV, which was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife, on the tradus.in website.  What was promised: "It will take 5 working days for your order to reach you."  I wrote half-a-dozen emails to tradus-customer-care, and made calls to the ibibo head office, as tradus do not have a customer care phone no.   30-June:  Two calls to ibibo customer care; spoke with Heena@ibibo customer care; I was told Tradus customer-care will call me back in 18 hours. No calls received.   Wrote multiple emails to traduscustomercare@ibibogroup.com, rakhi.raheja@tradus.in, annu.bhagat@tradus.in, asking for delivery confirmation.   1-Jul-2011:  No replies to my emails, no promised call from tradus customer-care. All I get is a boiler-plate email saying: "We regret to inform you that the there will be an additional delay of 3 days to deliver your order. "  I called ibibo head office in Gurgaon, and managed to reach Sunil from Tradus operations team. I explained that it was a gift and I needed it to be delivered ASAP. He promised that it will be dispatched latest by Monday, 04-July, likely before that. He also promised an email from customer care confirming the delivery in 24 hours. He provided me an extension no. where I could reach him.  2-Jul-2011: Tried to call ibibo head office. After multiple attempts, someone who may be a security personnel answered saying that the office is closed on Saturday and will open on Monday.  No promised call in 24 hours, no response to any of my emails.  4-Jul-2011: I tried calling ibibo head office, tried to get through the extension given to me, to reach Sunil from Tradus operations. Mysteriously, there was no one at that extension with that name. Finally, I asked the operator to connect to someone in Tradus management. Spoke to Suresh Joshi in Tradus@operations. Expressed discontent, and emphasized that this was a gift. He said he could not find my order status, and asked me if he could call back. He called back after one hour, to promised that the order will be dispatched tomorrow, due to an issue with the seller. He said it will take further 5-7 days for it to reach me. I reminded him that what was promised was: "It will take 5 working days for your order to reach you." He disagreed and said they only promise only dispatch to be done in 5 days.  --- After this long and traumatic ordeal, I am looking at waiting another week. I am totally disappointed with tradus and realise it was a mistake to have done business with them.  -When as a customer I pay tens of thousands of Rupees for an online order, I expect a better service than this.  -It is strange enough that for an online retail service Tradus does not have a customer care phone number, yet they are loath to answering customer emails. Customers have to track you down through indirect channels like IBIBO head office, Facebook and consumer forums. This is the reality of the TRADUS customer experience!  -It gives a sense that tradus is not concerned with customer satisfaction, when it takes so long to just do the basics: keep the customer informed about their order.  -I have spent 6 hours so far tracking down TRADUS! Even if this matter is resolved, I now know that a few hundred Rupees of discounts and the convenience of shopping online, does NOT justify, shopping on TRADUS.IN. </description>

I believed it all because I thought it is a part of India Today group, and such respected group will never do a fraud.   I got a call from Bag It Today promotional department that I have been selected to get a assured cash prize of 1.5 Lacks, they are doing it for promotion, as I have been a regular customer I was selected, so I also will inform my family and friends about Bag it today, and I was asked to believe him because all their calls are recorded and India group won’t do such a fake call.  So I had to make payment of Rs. 50,000 to enter into the contest and I will get diamonds worth 1.2 Lacks, and two Blackberry storm mobiles. I did that.  1.	Order ID: 1005081548. (Rs 24999) 2.	Order ID: 1005081406. (Rs 24999)  After 1 week, I got call, saying from selected 5 winners, 1 has backed out, so now price money is increased as minimum of 1.5 lacks to maximum 30 lacks.  It will be a lucky draw and I will get one for sure. For that everybody should pay the same amount as tax, so that you no need to pay once you get any price. And this time the amount was Rs. 40,000 for tax and Rs. 35,000 for diamond insurance, as this time they were going to send me 2 packs one with diamonds worth 60,000 and Kodak camera each.  3.	Order ID: 1005136148. (Rs 34999) 4.	 Order ID: 1005135498. (Rs 19999) 5.	 Order ID: 1005135314. (Rs 19999)  Then as said, after 1 week, I got a call to give me my Blocking id for the contest which should be kept secret.  But then that guy “Ashwani Gupta” on 30 Apr 2011, at 11 AM said I need to give Rs. 38,000 for generating the Blocking Id which is refundable and will be refunded in 10 days. I gave it, as I still believed them and got my blocking id.  6.	 Order ID: 1005518120. (Rs 18999) 7.	 Order ID: 1005517886. (Rs 18999)  After this I have never heard from Bag It Today regarding the contest.   Luckily for me for the 2nd order, I gave my home address, I was not able to collect it, so it got returned and I cancelled the order (order 3, 4 and 5), and asked for refund, which I got. But I have still lost Rs. 50,000 + Rs. 38,000 = Rs. 88,000.  I have spent so many sleepless nights after that, and I regret every moment of it for believing in Bag It Today.  I am feeling helpless. BALGOPALGD22C8JVJ for discount of Rs 500/- on my email id which was valid till 30.06.11 with no other condition mentioned after validating all conditions on 23.06.11. When I used this coupon on 30.06.11 it was accepted and remaining payment of Rs 113/- made through credit card and accepted by the website and confirmation mail sent to me as order No. 300001061. Then the Co-owner of the company Ashok Gupta / Akhil Gupta (as informed to me on phone no. 09873600485) cancelled it manually after an hour I have placed the order No. 300001061 without issuing fresh discount coupon. Hence I have not been able to utilize discount coupon i purchased under the deal.  Balgopal.com is unit of RateTag e-Commerce Pvt. Ltd which also owns GhadiWala.com and ratetag.com and owned by Shalini Gupta/ Ashok Gupta/ Akhil Gupta   Balgopl.com is one of the new fraud online shopping companies.  I request either refund my Rs 199/- spent to buy coupon from mydala or issue me fresh coupon discount coupon.  </description>

                 <description>Dear Sir/Madam,  I made on line transaction by ordering a gift to be delivered in Pune through indiatimes shopping. my order no. 113071055 while processing the order which is as per display on internet the delivery on same day. ie 26th June 2011. My transaction date 24th June 2011 during the process my bank debit the amount but there was error from indiatimes. as i was not satisfied I checked and emailed to customer care services of Indiatimes and also my Bank. indiatimes said they are looking into the matter but i wanted to make another order so i told them to cancel the order and they inform me to send the bank statment which i did however they delivered the order on 28th June 2011 and still they have informed me about the deliver. instead of refunding the amount they delivered the order in two days. i should be totally refunded as i requested to cancel the order.</description>

But the MTV Wrist Watch was not  in good condition. The watch was not in Working condition.   The strap of the watch was old and mutilated.   Why you are sending such mutilated and old pieces by way of cheating your customers?.   Further also note that I have made payment on 13th December, 2010 but you have sent old and mutilated piece after six months.
