Misbehaver of your of your employee on BONANZA
I would like to inform you that today i.e. Wednesday 06/04/2011 at 16:45hrs i and my family went to watch a movie as i was been issued a Bonanza coupon. As per this coupon it say's that Buy 3 tickets on Weekend & Get 2 Tickets Free On your Next Weekday Visit. I went to the PVR at Vikas Puri one of your representative named Anuj-Duty Manager (9811381747) had entertained us. Now as per him he was the person with all the power running Vikas Puri PVR, he was rude and did not had manners to even speak to me. As per him the coupon what i had had two different audit number where in i and my friends knew that he was lying at that time. As i had seen a movie on this Saturday i.e. 26.03.11 at Ambiance with 2 other friends. Now after arguing for a long time this person he said words like, "I am not giving this coupon back to you and do what ever you want to do". When i said that i wish to speak to your senior he said NO i am the last authority out here neither Cinema Manager nor Cinema General Manager are Senior to me. When i categorically said that you are forcing me to write a complain against you he said, "tere ko jo karna hai karle yeh mera naam hai aur mera number hai main tere ko coupon nahi de raha hoon aur ticket bhi nahi de raha hoon". I am sure that PVR would be investing money on your employee training like personal grooming, ethics, handling customers, behavior with the customers, etc but this person had proofed all wrong. I thought you guy's are number one in customer dealing as i have been to all of your cinema multiplex's but this behaviors and attitude of this guy have done it all. I'll ensure that i nor any of my family member shall go to PVR again. It was really nice to be a part of PVR family for almost 15 years since PVR was Anupam at Saket. |
