We (Undersigned Rishikesh Tiwari & Triveni Prasad Tiwari) had faced a serious tragedy on 12th Feb 2012 evening and from that day itself we all are tremendous mental pressure. This referred to an attack which was pre planned on our Mother (aged 76 years) who stays at Allahabad. Culprits did robbery on gun point, when my mother resist to it, they have attacked on her and she got unconscious for three hours. They had broken the lock to our house, did robbery and finally they ran away. At the same time, we feel ashamed to inform you that the group which tried to do this non sense was no body but (unfortunately) our eldest brother (Mr.Shitla Prasad Tiwari), his two sons (Mr. Deepak Tiwari and Mr. Suraj Tiwari) and One Mr. Suryamani Tiwari (10 Numbri- Criminal) and two more people whose name are not known to us. Some of the more details of this is as below: We (Rishikesh Tiwari and Triveniprasad Tiwari s/o Late Shri Radhesyam Tiwari, Village: Uproara Aadampur, Post: Sikandara, Police Station: Tharwai, Allahabad, UP) stay in Mumbai; our Father passed away 15 years back and there is no dispute of any property at such because all the partition is already done 15 years back. The eldest brother who had lot of fraud with all of us has no relation with anybody in the family. Recently he was building some shop on our land & accordingly we approached Local Authorities & got stay order (copy attached); all our lives are is in pathetic situations from the day we got this stay. The above incidence is the post impact of this stay. Against the incidence of 12th Feb 2012, we lodged the FIR (Copy attached: FIR Lodged -u/s 452, 323 and 394 IPC on 13/02/2012;) but regret to inform you that there is no action at all from local cops. But the biggest shock and surprise is that, no official from any department is ready to take any actions in this. Actually in this entire case, PS Tharwai SO Mr. Verma has own assumptions. For him, this is purely family issues and law cannot do anything. We feel Mr. Verma is the person who indirectly allowed to happen this incidence on 12th Feb 2012; We request you to please go through the attachment and mail trails, you will come to know that we were in touch for 10 days (prior to incidence) with Mr. Verma on his cell no but he never took any precautionary measure to avoid this incidence. Some time, he has elections duty excuses, some time he did not pick the call, sometimes; he does not have sufficient staff. From last 5 days, we are getting calls and follow up for compromise and surprisingly Mr. Verma is the organiser of the comprise arrangement. Instead of arresting the culprits, PS Tharwai SO Mr. Verma is simply diverting the case by naming it to family issue. It seems in this entire case PS Tharwai SO Mr. Verma had some personal interest in not arresting the culprits so far from last 18 days. We have never faced such incidence in our life and never seen such law and order. All the trail mails and attachment are self explanatory; We request your kind attention and beg your help for justice. Once again we sincerely request you on below help and beg your attentions:- 01) Please arrange for immediate arrest of Mr. Shitlaparasad Tiwari, Mr. Deepak Tiwari, Mr. Suraj Tiwari, Mr. Suryamani Tiwari (dus numbri/ history sheeter criminal) and two more (name known) u/s 452, 323 , 394 as per FIR done on 12/02/2012; 02)Please take necessary actions against Mr. Munna Shukla and Mr. Krshnamurari Shukla Mr. Sathan Mishra, who are trying to Harass us for compromise and trying to misuse their power & post; 03)Please set up an enquiry against PS SO Mr. Verma: Reason for enquiry: a)who could not able to do anything pre- post incidence. When I use to call him From 02/02/12 onwards, he never took any interest and not tried to avoid this crime. b) When the incidence happened, I tried him 12 times, but He did not take the pain to go and verify the facts. c) He had taken the statement > 4 times, he has all the details, but he did not took the paint to arrest. He went to the village 3 times; taken halt at Mr. Shitlaparasds House, had snacks and came back without any arrest; d) it was a literally height when jumped in between for compromise. He is directly / in directly threatening us for compromise. e)PS Tharwai SO Mr. Verma is also diverting this case by stating "FAMILY ISSUES" We would like to bring in to your kind notice that now we all are in tremendous pressure as culprits had started new techniques To close this issue. Veru much regret to inform you atht inspite of taking action, UPP is not bother about anything, they have not taken any action against the culprits even after 60 days. we have risk to our life and we can not even think to go to Allahabad UP now. we have never seen such a worst law & order any where in our country. UPP is not bother at all about anything. PS Tharwai Verma is the person because of whome we are suffering from last two months. We have sent many mails to all the authorities but there is no response from any one of them. It should not be a surprise if Local Cops change the entire charge sheet and make the case very weak. This is the real face of UPP. we can not expect any support (at least on humanity ground) / help from UPP. they had their own designed law and rules which is applicable in UP Only. He has got the order from the court for investigating of the same, but the police, instead of investigating, had forcefully and mercilessly taken my brother to police station by snatching him from home on the morning of 7th jan 2010 at 6.15 am in the morning. Even the advocate that we appointed on friday is asking for a lakh rupees so that they could get the bail for my brother and anticipatory bail for my parents who have done nothing.
