On rakshabandhan, my sister posted a rakhi card and small gift on 17th aug 10 via speed post EP021393705IN, COUNTER NO: 1, OP CODE:IK.
THE ENVELOPE WAS TORN AND THAT GIFT WAS MISSING.
GOVT. SERVICES ARE NEVER TO BE TRUSTED. |
