On asking these courier service, they are not replying firmly.I requestd for return back of my envelope, for which they are just passing the time, so that with time it will be forget.Almost 2 and half month passed, no action. I contacted Supreme Movers & packers ,L-1-48,Gali no.3,Mahipalpur, Delhi-37.phone no. 011-26784194, mobile-09873001456, for shifting of my luggage to shimla from delhi.The shifting was settled for Rs 6000/- for fridge, Ac, two matteresses,stablizer, A long mirror& few boxes of utensils,clothes, books etc. we gave him the advance of Rs 3000/- & on 09-6-2010 two workers & the owner of movers came & took the items & promised to deliver the same at our shimla residence on 11-06-2010.the insurance was also done for Rs.1000/-.But he didn,t give us the papers as well on some excuse. The items were not delivered on 11-06-2010 & whenever we called either he didnot pick the phone or asked for rs.6000 more in his bank account or he would not deliver our luggage. finally we put the money & on 20-6-2010 some of our luggage was delivered on road & we had to pay Rs.1000/- extra to bring luggage to our resident & Rs 1000/- more to transporter. And our new AC has been changed & old broken AC has been given to us. Some of the items are broken & some are missing. I have paid full payment for door delivery. Now, NIM says you have not sent the same on time so, you have to submit your answer sheet again. If I have made full payment then Duty of DTDC is to deliver the same on 16.04.2010. I have to pay Rs.8000.00 as my examination fees + I have to take leave for 15 days for study & submission of Paper which cost comes Rs.15000.00. Please suggest me from where I will recover this loss. I made a complaint to post general master 2 years back ,and as a test he sent a post to me identifying that ,only that was reached to me by the post man .As a disciplinary action the post man was transferred but still i face the same problem more adversely.
