The black rubber on the strap has started to come off, the arm of the days indicator is not hanging on Monday and shifts directly from Sunday to Tuesday. The watch was given to the seller on 20.2..2012 however he has failed to return the same back. He is saying that the watch is with the company and it is not known when it will be returned back. it has been almost 50 days since the watch was handed over however you have failed to take any action and repair the same. You are required to kindly look into the matter failing which i will be forced</description>

                 <description>I purchased a pair of woodland shoe from the Woodland showroom located at Shivranjani cross road, Ahmedabad spending Rs. 2300/-. The shoes make a lot of noise while I walk on the marble floor. I took the shoes to the outlet and they informed me that they never encountered this type of complaint. Moreover, if there is any noise, it will go away within a month or so. It was already more than a month when I approached the outlet and I informed that to them. The person in the woodland outlet talked to his boss and wrote down my name, mobile number and promised me to come back to me. It's more than six months now. They never came back to me!!  woodland does not care about their customers. I will never purchase woodland shoes again. </description>

After two weeks, it was replaced with a old piece with scratches, which I refused to take. Again after two weeks time, it was replaced by a good looking one (but not new piece). The replaced player was also found defective in August, as it was not switching on and not charging. As I was vexed with Zebrncs service center, recently (9 days back) I approached the distributor, where I purchased the player and informed its complaint. I also tried to contact customer care of Zebronics but in vain. Till date, I could neither get my Zebmate MP3 player rectified nor replaced even though it is in warranty period.                  <description>i had pur dr scholl bata chappal from khar west bata shop on 22nd april 2011 around 6 in evening where the mgr was mr gajanan. it was in 50percent discount i got it for rs625 on inquiring i was told bymgr there willbe no problem and in case of any complain or problem i will always be there u can buy in sale u willnot have anyproblem. the clip was broken which he promised me to get it repaired in 3-4 days. on 27 april i got my chappal repaired but as i wore it the clip came out. i had brought it from khar stn but i am stayin at chembur. so again after 1 week i retd the chappal which he again got it repaired after another 1 week by the time the chappal i got it was may mid. again after using the chappal for few days the sole from down had come out. as i could nt go immediately after nearly 20 days i send it through my babhi who is staying at khar for repairing which he promised to make it in a week time. but tilltoday i have not recd it back. on inquiring comntinuously i am told by mr gajanan that he will call once the chappals are repaired. since i didnt receive call i use to follow after every 4 days but same reply i was receiving then since my babhi was busy with her daughters admission she was unable to go for 2 weeks. today 6/8/11 when she went to shop to inquire she was told that mr gajanan has left the job and now mr chavan is in charge. after lots of arguments he agreed that the chappal was with them and he willbe charging rs 350 for the sole. do u think this is the correct way of dealing with customers. i have been wasting my time energy which has given me lot of stress for follow up of my chappal. am i suppose to pay rs 350 ple look in to the matter and inform me immediately</description>

                 <title>BEWARE OF AIRTEL</title>

                 <description>This is to inform general public on blatant display of negligence, unprofessional attitude by AIRTEL.   My phone number is 9901445000 and I had been using this phone number since last 4-5 years (Earlier it was a different account Number: 105-101890260). I had been paying my bills regularly. When this phone was out of country for 3 months during Jan’2011, I had enquired about the procedure for safe custody of 3 months. He thought of it as a disconnection request. The Customer care junkie (Mohd Asik) was so incompetent that he could not understand simple English also. I then again immediately sent a mail clarifying that it’s not a disconnection request. I then got the reply from same officer (Mohd Asik) that the disconnection request has been cancelled and Asik sent the options for safe custody. See below for details. Still, he went ahead and terminated the connection and i faced lots of issues with that. If you see below, you can clearly understand the mistake of Airtel’s officer.   TO MY SURPRISE, AIRTEL went ahead and put that number in gold premium category seeking additional revenue of 1500 from prospective clients including me. It clearly shows that Airtel indulged in the act of cheating and unfair trade practice. All my appeals to Appellate, Nodal officer went in vain and after that thanks to the intervention of a senior Airtel officer, I got my issue resolved. The connection was restored wef 22nd March.  NOW AGAIN, I am told that this number is barred due to failure of the verification of change of address request. This despite the fact that I NEVER REQUESTED FOR ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS. I was told by Airtel’s customer care executive that they visited my address on 22nd/23rd/24th April in the afternoon (between 2-4 PM) and were able to talk with security who told them that we are indeed living there for more than 2 years. It was disconnected as they could not meet me, First of all, they came on their own without any notice during day time. Airtel should understand that we are working professionals and our office hours are 8 AM - 8 PM and they will not find us during office hours if you come without any prior notice. I was never notified over e-mail also and it was abritrarily disconnected.   In the meantime, My husband also went out of country in April for few weeks and was shocked to find it disconnected when he returned. When we raised this issue, we again encountered MR. ASIK (remember the junkie earlier), who blatantly told that we have to go for new connection. He had the audacity to tell me that despite the fact that Airtel is still holding my security deposit against that number, so how can they allot the number to somebody else?   I also asked them to provide me the proof that i had requested for address change at any point of time. Also, I asked them to send me the relevant clauses in the agreement, which tells about the disconnection procedure and how they intimated me before disconnection. I didn’t get any notification where as I was getting other emails from Airtel (bills etc). THERE IS NO REPLY TO THAT TILL DATE.   I am sure that they are again doing this for getting some more money out of it. We need to collectively expose them in media so that people are aware of the standard of their customer service.  I AM ALSO GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN TRAI AS WELL BEFORE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT.   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Hello Mr. Asik/Appellate Officer,   I was shocked to see your response.
