Germkill Battery Kit
Dear Sir / Madam,
A request was made on Pureit Helpline number 9223600600 to assist us in replacing Germkill Battery Kit on 02.07.2011.It was recommanded to replace us filter also which we accepted same time.Reference for follow up given as S11/PUN2610003981 dt.02.07.2011 with an assurance to attend the replacement by deputing Expert the same on 04.07.2011.
No body reported till evening on 05.07.2011.Once again during phonecall reminder on 6th morning,she replied to positively attend it it today before 8pm.
All three days we waited but no phonecall from any person to attend replacement received.
Now the as usual after making phone call it takes few minitues to reach concern person and after repeating phone number, complaint number etc..etc call gets disconnected without any reply. When asked for senior Manager the person on line refused to connect him stating that, give us details and then he will come on line further no facility to call back then why every time institing customers mobile number? Today on 8th same thing repeated.???? and now refused to recognize complaint number number given on 2nd by your office. Will "Hindustan Unilever" management take cognizance of such many customers suffering badly after buying your product?
If this is "Help Line" ignoring customers than what is way forward? What are the terms and conditions to accept before submitting this complaint / concern are not known !!!!
