                 <description>My name is Girish Pokale, I have purchased "FC11000 FREEZE WHIRLPOOL 310 LTR FUSION MAXIGERATOR (STEEL) 3S FC11000" on dated 3rd September 2010 from KEDIA Traders Amravati, Maharashtra. I would like to bring to your notice that in the last one year my FREEZE had faulted twice. After the second failure on 5th Sept 2011, I launched complaint to your local dealer and service center at Amravati, They replaced the compressor of the fridge within the 8 days of my complaint ; I am really grateful for this; But unfortunately now on 3rd October 2011 the FREEZE again stops working third time; now I want my FREEZE to be replaced. </description>

Instead their engineers are not much qualified to solve the problem immediately. Whereas My refrigerator is still outof order in this hot days and even I complain from website but no response from their site yet. It is very shameful that they made and ad that a person buy electronic from other place is crying and buy from them is happy ...... I firmly believe that their ad should be vice - versa. I bought the electronic from them &amp; I'm crying. Is there anybody who can help me where I can legally complain and got my money back or change my refrigerator. </description>

Co.Ltd., No.1, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai (Invoice No. 841 /93141940, dated.25.05.2011)   i) Your Sales Executive at the first instance showed me the  Godrej Refrigerator Model No. GDE. 23 DM 4 and explained about the accessories and performance of the same and told that the Fridge costs Rs.15,000/- and for exchange offer it costs Rs. 13,100/- only. I accepted the cost and paid an advance of Rs. 600/- for the aforesaid model only.  ii) But instead of delivering the above said Model (GDE. 23 DM 4)  with 213 liter capacity, your people had delivered a another Model No. GDE 19 DM 4 with 183 liter capacity for which I have not made my offer.  	iii) Also while I verifying the prices of Godrej &amp; Boyce Model No. GDE 23 DM4 213 Liter capacity, I came to know that the same Model is sold at  Rs. 14,000/- in Vasanth &amp; Co., T.Nagar Branch, Chennai-17. (without exchange offer).  	The GDE 19 DM 4 – 183 Liter capacity costs Rs. 12,500/- only (without exchange offer)  	iv) I can’t understand while the dealers are offering the Refrigerators at lower prices, but your company authorized people are demanding higher price.  	v. I have given you my offer for GDE 23 DM 4 -213 liter capacity, silver colour without verifying other dealers because of the confident I had with the Godrej &amp; Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Also I have believed that the Godrej Company shall not let down the confidence of the consumers.  	vi. But this instance proved that my believes and confidence on the Godrej Company is in vain. I have been affected financially and mentally due to this transaction. So I request you to take back the Model No. GDE 19 DM4 and deliver the Model No. GDE 23 DM4 Silver colour which I preferred first, at the dealer price of Rs. 14,000/- (without exchange offer) failing which I have to move some other Forum for redressel of this dispute. Their service centre claims to have replaced faulty compressor and gas. In less than a month, on 13th may 2011, samsung technician came again to repair the non-performing ac...........and still as on 23rd may 2011, the ac is under repair &amp; observation at samsung workshop. Numerous phone calls to their service center (comfort cool systems), hyderabad does not get proper response. I have also requested them for a standby ac since for a over a week my family is facing torment of + 35 C night summer temperature. Anyways that’s expected, but what is more annoying is that, when we approached Samsung's Kamani, Kurla Service Center in Mumbai for the spare parts, they first told that since we are nearing Diwali season the parts are not available and they'll order and get it available post Diwali(they very nicely took our nos too for call back). However its over 2 months now, no one has called back and on our re-approaching now they are confirming that the manufacturing of such parts has been stopped and they'll not be getting any fresh lot…!!!  It’s a fairly new model, how can Samsung claim that no parts will be available henceforth?  Why was it not informed us 5 months back itself when we approached Kamani, Kurla Service Center??  What do we do with a 20,000 waste refrigerator with no Door Shelf and no vegetable Box???   Neither Samsung's service center has been able to help nor the Customer Care, Service center says that you tried checking with Distributor, Vijay Sales(largest distributor in Mumbai) asked us to approach Customer Service, Customer service says that they only take Sales order on call, but no Service related query is taken on customer care, for that we need to approach Service center. The same loop is never ending. We have issued flexi recharge sim having no 9996968615. But from last 3 months we are facing a problem in getting it recharge from our distributer M/S Kamla Interprises at Dogran muhalla, Hisar (Haryana). Problem is that due to single distributor in this area they are showing their monopoly and compel us to buy 25% recharge coupons of total flexi recharged amount. Same is available in the market at high commission rates then provided by them? It is also to be notable that Coupons are not provided at retailers demand. They provide us only Rs.20/- (full talk time for one day) coupons in which they earn huge margin(privided @ 3% less, last time provided by them @ 8% less by them). If same is not followed they refused for flexi balances. They are looking only for their own benefits and also not following up the company’s standards and rules set for customer and retailers.    We have taken up the matter with your official Mr.Balraj, Mr.Rajiv Bahal (9896278213) and some other officials. But they always favor the same. It is affecting our business and your company's values a lot. We can't expect such kind of monopolistic action by a distribution of a leading professional company in this country and world. While there is no such rules in some other company that one have to buy the recharge coupons also with flexi amount. In this time of cut throat competition when all companies are looking for getting more and more MNP in their favor this irresponsible behavior of distributor is not acceptable.     Kindly be noted that retailers are the mirror for the company’s policies to the customers and we can’t ignore role of retailer in this business. If ear is not given to our call it will force us to give call to customer in favor of some other company. A customer and retailer have many options but company has option none other than to connect more and more customers. Then how your appointed representative is showing like monopoly in the market? It is all very surprising for all of us retailers in this area. Here we are losing 5-10 new customers every day. Behavior of your senior officials is not good even they don’t pick up our calls for resolving problems.    Your good-self is kindly requested to intervention the same as earliest and arranges to resolve the same. Also arrange to conduct a survey team of officials for finding and resolving out retailer’s problem in all Hisar area.                  <description>I had purchased a Whirlpool 200L/200 GEN ROYALE TITANIUM GENIUS refrigerator from Unilet Appliances Pvt Ltd, BTM 2nd Stage on Sat Evening. The same day this dealer delivered the item. But the delivered was a display piece. The glass paltes inside was damaged. The piece was full of mud covered. The next day I went to sjop and asked about the same. The shop owner is not ready to admit their mistake. He was telling that was whirlpool company's mistakes. I asked did company packed dusty piece and senr to them?. He didn't reply. He finally agreed to replace the item with another. But yet not done. I am thinking ask whirlpool to that why does they are giving dealership to these non-sense people?</description>

                 <description>I recently purchsed a new LG Refrigerator from CHAWLA ELECTRONICS, Darya ganj, New Delhi, who sent a dented item. which was reported to the dealer straitaway. who advised that LG repersantative will come and replace the item within 4 days. its been 12 days and no sign of action seen however we have been to the dealer in person as well as have made number of phone reminders but he is not taking it any seriously. it has come to the situation where he been rude and abrubpted. we have also spoken to LG who promissed to resolve this issue within 24 hours but they also been waste of time. I have purchased this item on cash.  Can I get some swift assistance to get justice.  Regards, </description>

Fridge has ZOP Technology and Guaranteed 10 Year Rust Free Body. But I has been complaining to your service Centre for the last one year vide complaint no. 202988 dt 22.07.09 and latest complaint no.450700 dt.07.10.10 that there are rust on both the doors, which has been confirmed by your service center but they are showing there inability to change the same by saying that this colour is not available in the store.  So, I request you to look in this matter and fulfill the guarantee given by the Company.  Subhash Chander Malhotra A-2/ 91 Janak Puri G.F. The service centre has sent us the door which size is different from the our refrigerator. 2. It seems that company has no idea which refrigerator they had sold to us. They are again and again asking the specifications of fridge like color, size etc 3. We had to submit the copy of bill repeatedly to the company. 4. They talk rough that if you will not submit a copy of bill to us your case will remain pending. 5.                  <description>Hi, On 30Oct'10 I went to purchase a refrigerator from Kohinoor Electronics. After looking at all the brands I went for Whirlpool which seemed to fit my budget. As per the features given by the sales person and later the Branch Manager and also not to forget the colour combination of the fridge it was a Yes from me &amp; my family as well who had accompanied me to the showroom. It was perfect b'day gift for my day who was celebrating his B'day the next day. The amount (Rs 14,200.00) was paid in cash and in return I was given a bill also with the delivery of the product for the next day. The next day I received a call from sales person of Kohinoor that the colour I selected is not available. But when I insisted since they assured me he said he will give me a call again. He later gave me a call saying that he will need one more day. The next day (1Nov'10) passed no one called me. I called back in noon of 2Nov'10 to check on the status I was informed again that they do not have the refrigerator and did not give me much of option. Later, I was transferred over to a store manager Mr. Nair who just tried to give excuses and said will look into the same and call me back. Later, that day no one called me. Next day 4Nov'10 I asked my wife to contact. She contacted the showroom and after a long conversation she requested them to contact me. I was contacted on 4Nov10 by a sales person again and she only apologized. I straight away asked for Mr. Nair. He was unable to answer my queries so he transferred the call to Mr. Satish who was the store Manager. Again apologies was all I got and even he agreed for the mistake and informed me "Whatever happens, happens for good". I was almost shocked to hear this statement from a person who was at this position. He then informed me that there were better options he had with other refrigerators. But they were bigger in size than the one I chose and I had to pay additional amount for that. I later asked him after all this inconvenience how could he even think of asking additional money from money. Also, I wouldn’t go for a bigger one since the place where I need to adjust my refrigerator was small. Later, he went on and on with all his excuses untill and unless I had to cut him stating that I was at work and can’t spend much of time talking to him. Later, he asked me to come to his showroom again to see the best options he would recommend. Due to my work timings I agreed that I would meet him at the weekend. So I left again for his showroom on 6Nov'10 in the evening around 6.15pm. I asked for Mr. Satish. Surprisingly Satish was the same person who had closed the deal last saturday, but he couldn’t recognize me. He straight away started explaining why should I not go for Whirlpool. He gave all its negative points, which even me and my family agreed. When I asked him why he did not give all this points earlier since he was the same person who closed the deal? he had no answer. Later I went for LG and asked if I had to pay extra? I had seen the amount displayed for this product was less by Rs 500. He calculated and later informed me that he will not charge me anything extra. I had to make him realize that I knew the same because the rates of both the products were displayed right in fron of us. It was just that the colour I had selected was not there. Later, I asked him for compensation. Initially he said a no but later agreed to give something. He offered a bowl set from the Diwali offer they had. They looked very cheap and I even told him give better options. Even he did not have better options and asked me upfront what I was looking for? So, I asked him for something in electronics (anything small). He said a NO. He later came up with a option of refund of Rs.500 which was actually what they had to give me. Since I had no other choice I said a yes. It was almost 7.45pm and time for me to leave. After taking the copy of the original bill from me which they later realized it was a copy they asked me for the original. After waiting for additional 30mins I was told to come back again after a week to get a cheque for Rs.500. This made me loose my cool and asked immediately for the Manger. Since Satish was the one who assured me a immediate refund. They later spoke to the cashier and asked me to refund in cash. That took another 10mins. I was really frustrated by now, they made me sign the refund receipt and they just gave me tax invoice without giving me the original or copy of the original. For all this inconvenience physically and mentally and not to forget waste of time I think this showroom should compensate. Yes a huge COMPENSATION.  If required I can provide copy of original bill which I had kept and the new receipt which Kohinoor has provided.  Wilson. </description>

                 <description>I bought a double door refrigerator of Whirlpool from Croma for 345 ltrs capacity in April 2010.  However, i am very disappointed with the product and the services offered by whirlpool. The refrigerator had started giving problem within couple of months and since one to two months, it started stopping every day automatically. I had lodged complaints to the service centre in mumbai, after personal follow ups one technician came once, said the time is stucked and he just made it started without proper checking other things, after one day the refrigerator again stopped and after logging complaint and again after a no. of personal follow ups again, same engineer came and changed the timer. But no use.... the refrigerator is getting stopped every 7 to 8 hrs daily and i have to manually pull such a big refrigerator to make the timer start running so that refrigerator works. I have been kept on doing this donkey work since more than 15 days.   I have lodged complaint for about 15 days back but no body is attending. I told them the problem that since i am a wokring person, i can be in house before nine and after eight during which technician needs to visit, or they need to come on sunday. They have refused to come on week days due to these time constraints and they have also not visited my house for last two sundays inspite of complaint pending at their end and inspite of a no. of follow ups from my side.   Last to last sunday they told technician will come, but no body came. Yesteray again they told technician will come. I was forced to remain in house whole day but no one came, neither they gave technician mobile no. to me so that i can call up and check whether he is coming or not so that i can go out and finish other personal works, neither the service center was working nor the general customer care center was able to provide me any details about it. So whole sunday again wasted. Today i waited whole day hoping someone will call, but no one called absolutely.  There is no customer concern in Whirlpool, neither they are proactively calling customers to resolve their issues in case a complaint is loddged nor are they attending it inspite of repeated lodging of complaints by customer.  Lot of food stuff in my refrigerator has been deteriorated already. I will never ever recommend anyone in my life to buy a whirlpool product. By mistake first time in my life i bought whirlpool and had such a bad experience. I had always been using LG products for electronic items (washingmachine/ refrigerator etc). and even after so many years , till date i need not lodge a single comlaint.
